He stands before all of the guardians with wide, teary eyes. He clutches his staff in attempt to find at least some comfort in the dark situation. Tooth approaches him with a look of anger and disapprovement as he cowers below her fluttering form. As she throws out insults, hurtful words, etc he thinks about what he did to deserve this. He hadn't meant to, it just... Happened. He couldn't have changed his fate even if he knew what was coming.

A tear falls down his cheek as she turns away from him, disappearing through the front doors of North's workshop. Sandy was next. The little, golden man that was usually full of light was now scowling at Jack. The winter sprite didn't even think it was possible for the dream guardian to show any kind of true, negative emotion. Above the small man's head, pictures representing hatred, sadness, and hurt flash across in golden sand as Jack's tears flow faster at the sight. Finally, Sandy just shakes his head and turns his back on Jack, following through the same doors as Tooth.

After a second he turns his attention back to the man he felt like a son to and the very bunny he had grown attached to in these past few years as a guardian. The look on North's face and the words coming out of his mouth hurt Jack... But Bunny's expression broke his heart. He looks down, unable to bear it any longer as tears continue to endlessly flow. No joy or wonder could be found in the Santa Clause before him... No hope could be found in the bunny he loves. Jack chokes on his tears as North finally turns, following the other guardians into the workshop.

Bunny steps forward and remains silent until Jack is forced to look up in confusion and curiosity. One sentence is uttered from the rabbit... Just one but it shatters Jack's very being. "I can't believe I ever loved you...". After giving him one last, regretful glance, the Easter Bunny turns away, following suit with the other guardians.

Jack falls to the ground, clutching his staff tightly as the tears steadily flow. He was left alone... Again. He was finally beginning to feel as if he had a family... friends... People that actually cared about him. Now all of that was thrown away because of one mistake... One mistake he can never take back.

He feels himself go weak, unable to take the knowledge that, once again, he's alone... Leaning on his staff for support, he sobs until his vision gradually goes black...

He gasps, sitting up quickly as his consciousness finally comes back. He pants heavily, his eyes darting around the darkness of the cave he ended up in. His tears steadily flow as he pulls his knees up, hugging them close to his chest. Nothing could stop his tears at the moment even though he kept muttering to himself, "It was only a dream..."

So this is my first ROTG story. I wrote this through Twitter as a roleplay starter and was pleased with it so I decided to post it here! Anyways, I may continue this where one of the guardians find Jack like this or they notice something's up with him... I dunno, depends on if anyone likes it. xD So if you want it continued, review please! Even if you don't want it continued, let me know what you think! ^^

Thanks!
