This is just a One shot from me just seeing what I can come up with, I am not taking a single break while writing this little thing.

He looked into the cage staring with glee as he stared at his prize, there was Arceus the supposed god, trapped in a cage. Oh he could not wait till the scientists finished the final bit of his plan to break Arceus' will and make the god of all. His.
He was quietly waiting for the Stupid little grunts to stop patrolling so much because if he let himself be discovered before he got inside they would be gone before he could help his god. He used his power to help the Grunts go to sleep and locked the image of the camera on the same frame but the time kept going but replayed the last hour of the grunts to avoid his work being discovered.
He walked in silently with not a soul being able to see him with his power concealing him he could go anywhere but to do so he had to become an important grunt, that executive is meant to get back right about now and the transport is now gone thanks to an 'unknown' force so executive pierce will do. His body morphed before he stopped his concealment and took out his key card that pierce had but well, pierce wouldn't need it at the moment.
The door unlocked and he went straight down to the bottom floor except the elevator wouldn't open cause this key card wasn't good enough well what they don't know won't hurt them. Yet. The doors wrenched open but the security camera was still at the top floor according to the image. He walked in after concealing the elevators doors and himself. He looked at the person who was currently in what would seem to be a staring contest with god but to someone who was perceptive they would notice the glare from god and the glee from him. Cyrus.
Cyrus was currently thinking about the things he could do once he had god under his control, the world he always wanted would be his. HIS! Once those scientists finish the rest of it nothing would be able to stop him from ruling the world. And he couldn't wait.
Hmm so that's what you want with my god, too bad he is the god I serve and no one gets to capture god. no one. He stopped the concealment and extended a finger and made a come here motion except upwards and stopped at the top and Cyrus followed the fingers motion. Cyrus wasn't going to get his dream because that dream included destroying everything he loved. Cyrus was now gasping for air with both arms around his neck trying to pry the grip off of him. He would not *snap* and Cyrus no longer moved.
I moved up to the cage and slowly opened it for Arceus letting him out and teleported out...
As I said this was going to be a small one shot and if you like I can make this into something bigger for you guys.
