Prologue

With the Cardassian-Klingon well under way and with the Klingon-Federation war ongoing the Maquis in the Demilitarize zones on both sides of the Cardassian Union and United Federation of Planets decided to take the change in Seizing and Annexing all the Demilitarize Zones between the Cardassian Union and Federation. The Maquis would take this change to Seize and Annex the Demilitarize Zones with both the Cardassian Union and United Federation of Planets occupied in their wars with the Klingon Empire Imperial forces. As of Early-2272 Maquis Resistance cells and all the star systems in the Demilitarize Zones that support them have began have organize into a coalition of Planets government to fight against the Cardassian Union Government and star systems in the Demilitarize zone. The Maquis Coalition of Planets have began to organize their regions rich resources to into creating 3 Small shipyards on 1 of their rich resource planets to build more and more Maquis Raiders to attack the Cardassian Union. Before the 3 Small Shipyards the Maquis Coalition of planets were unable to produce any Maquis Raiders that they lost in the war against the Cardassian Union and the Federation and relied on ships donated from Organizations within any Galactic Nation that secretly Supported them and their cause. As of Mid-2272 The Maquis Coalition of Planets Military have around 25 Maquis Raiders to defend their Growing Territory in the Demilitarize zones.

As of Late-2272, The Maquis Coalition of Planets small shipyards have produced 2 Maquis Raiders of their own. The Maquis Coalition of Planets Resistance cell leaders decided to launch an all out Attack with Military resources Supplied to them by the Coalition of Planets to Seize and Annex all the star systems in the Demilitarize zones. They hoped that both the Cardassian Union with them getting Hammered by the Klingon empire imperial forces and with the Federation fleet mainly occupied with their own war against the Klingon empire would sue for Peace and Recognized them as an Independence Nation. On September 15, 2272 the Maquis Coalition of Planets launched their all out attack against the Remain Demilitarize zone star systems and seize and annex all them into the Maquis Coalition of Planets.

After 2 months and a little more that 7 ½ days of Fighting against both the Cardassian Union, the United Federation of Planets, Seize and Annex all Demilitarize zone star systems within it. The Maquis Coalition of Planet at the end in their Military campaign in seize and annex all Demilitarize zone star systems have a Total of 20 star systems under their Control. The Maquis Coalition of Planets offered a Negotiated Peace between them each other to set down and talk between them to settle on a Peace Treaty. On December 23, 2272 all 3 Galactic Nations Meet at the Unofficial Capital of the Maquis Coalition of Planets: Volan II in the Volan Star system. All 3 Galactic Nations spend the next 3 weeks Negotiation with each other. Inside the negotiates among each the Cardassian Union Representatives said they would Recognize them at an Independence Nation however they wanted the Maquis Coalition of Planets to give them Achelan V, Bryma, Veloz Prime and the Quatal Prime Systems back to them. The Cardassian Union Representatives asked if the Maquis Coalition of Planets could to give the Cardassian Union and their Galactic Businesses and Companies access to 31.25% of all their rich Resources and Raw materials for them to mine and transport back to the Nation. The Cardassion Union Requested that the Maquis Coalition of Planets accept on having a Cardassian Embassy at their Galactic capital to maintain relatively Good Relatives with each other.

The Maquis Coalition of Planets Government representatives countered the Cardassian Union demand of giving them Achelan V, Bryma, Veloz Prime and the Quatal Prime Systems back to them by Saying that they would give the choice of all their star systems that they asked for to vote rather or not to accepted the Cardassian Union demand of them Rejoin them. They also at first rejoiced The Cardassian Union Representatives Request if they could to give them and their Galactic Businesses and Companies access to 31.25% of all their rich Resources and Raw materials for them to mine and transport back to the Cardassian Union Nation. They agreed to the Cardassian union Request of having a Cardassian Embassy at their Galactic capital to maintain relatively Good Relatives with each other. Finally on January 7, 2373 at 2:30 P.M. a Peace treaty was signed between them called The Maquis treaty. During the Finalization of the Treaty the Maquis Coalition of Planet got the Results of the Achelan V, Bryma, Veloz Prime and the Quatal Prime Systems votes of rather or not to Accepted the Cardassian Union demand of them Rejoin them. The Star System Achelan V votes were 70.5% in favor of Rejoining the Cardassian Union and the Cardassian Union Government was happy that they agreed to Rejoin them and were Annexed back into the Cardassian Union. The Star System Bryma votes were 75% in favor of Rejoining the Cardassian Union and the Cardassian Union Government was happy that they agreed to Rejoin them and were Annexed back into the Cardassian Union. The Star System Veloz Prime votes were 80% in favor of Rejoining the Cardassian Union and the Cardassian Union Government was happy that they agreed to Rejoin them and were Annexed back into the Cardassian Union. The Star System Quatal Prime votes were 80% in against the Rejoining the Cardassian Union. The Cardassian Union Government was disappointed that they didn't agree to Rejoin them but were Content on having 3 of 4 of their Original Star systems in the Demilitarize zone agree to rejoin them and were Annexed back into the Cardassian Union.

As for they Request of asked if the Maquis Coalition of Planets could to give the Cardassian Union and their Galactic Businesses and Companies access to 31.25% of all their rich Resources and Raw materials for them to mine and transport back to the Nation; Both of them after few days of debating agree to allow the Cardassian Union and their Galactic Businesses and Companies access to 20.625% of all their rich Resources and Raw materials for them to mine and transport back to The Cardassian Union. They Requested that if Cardassian Union citizens would immigrate in and out or Settle in their Galactic and became citizens of the Maquis Coalition of Planets in their Galactic Territory that the Cardassian Union citizens needed to follow their Galactic laws of each government to which the Cardassian Union agreed to. They signed a non-aggression pack with each other and agreed not to attack one other unless Possible cause and evidence. They both signed and formed Reasonable Trade agrees with each other to trade.

As for the United Federation of Planets their Representatives agreed to Recognize the Maquis Coalition of Planets as an Independence Nation. The Federation did have a few Requested to the Maquis coalition of Planets: The Federation wanted the Maquis Coalition of Planets to become a Buff state along some of the border between them and the Cardassian Union. They asked if Federation Businesses and companies could came in to due Business with them and if Federation citizens could Immigrate back and forward between each others Nation without any trouble. The Maquis Coalition of Planets Government representatives granted the United Federation of Planets requests: Becoming buff state along some of the border between them and the Cardassian Union to allow Federation Businesses and companies into their Territory to due Business with them. They Maquis Coalition of Planets did have a request of their own to counter and the Federation Request of allowing citizens to Immigrate back and forward between each others Nation without any trouble. They Requested that if Federation Citizens would immigrate in and out or Settle in their Galactic and became citizens of the Maquis Coalition of Planets in their Galactic Territory that the Federation Citizens needed to follow their Galactic laws of each government to which the Federation agreed to.
