He loved her before, but now, he loved her.

Change is always good, right? He thought so, it was common sense. The sea was no longer blue like it used to be. In fact, it was even better than it was before... at least for Sal.

And she was no longer the innocent, naive sea witch that everyone loved. Wadanohara was now, a strong girl—woman, that was slowly becoming wary of her previous imperfections, and learning from them one step at a time. No longer was she sad and gloomy; now, she was always smiling and happy. Especially to him.

There wasn't a single day after he had reached his accomplishments, that he would savor the taste of success. It was more than just a need for him to obtain what he was after, it was a desire. Those desires became inevitable quicker than he expected. Whenever Sal's bloody, red eyes gaze upon the environment around him, his lips would curve that wicked, crooked smile.

That crude smile would widen once and every time his eyes would land upon her.

Blue does suit her okay, he must say, although red, fits her to perfection. The crimson color of her clothing hugged her small body, never failing to make him feel that sense of desire for her. Oh, those eyes of hers—they matched his own blood eyes, and the smeary area of the once blue, now red sea. The emotions that seeped from her facial expressions were crude—salacious. When their eyes locked, he'd feel the rush of satisfaction and excitement run into his spine and throughout the rest of his body.

She had changed completely. It was no longer about her crying for help; sobbing for Samekichi to aid her. Wadanohara no longer held a single interest in any of her familiars—now her previous familiars; Sal made sure to get rid of all of them. However, it was upon her request that he keeps him alive.

Sal is more than glad, as Wadanohara doesn't object or resist against him. She accepts him and everything about him with a petty smile on her face.

The acceptation she offers is tainted, since Sal is the reason in which why she doesn't oppose to anything he tells her. If he says that she is his, so it is. It was up to the point where he no longer needed to manipulate her, as she leisurely starts to accept her unfortunate, cruel fate.

Her fate is no longer in the blue sea, it was in the red sea.

Her fate is here, with Sal.

She loves him as he loves her; they were both one. Forever and always. Nothing will ever change that.

The sweet taste of success for Sal will forever be amazing.
