I assume that I live in a peaceful village since I have never been outside.

All of a sudden my parents got shocked when they heard voices of the other villagers outside.

My mother put me down on the ground and ran outside together with my father.

Continuing to hear screams of agony did not please me.

What the hell is wrong outside?

Then the horrific day that I was an infant should forget started.

My mother ran up towards me and grabbed me tightly trying to run away.

In the corner of my eye, I could see the corpse of my father and his fellow comrades lying on the ground.

Bandits were running after us.

Since they were with the majority and were all men, we couldn't outrun them.

They slashed my mother back and she fell.

Even though it hurt her really bad she did have the strength to still hold me tightly.

They finished her.

As she turned cold I tried to crawl away.

I never expected to see someone being killed in front of me a second time.

I was only a baby and could see my death approaching.

The bandits killed all of them the whole village.

I was terrified like that time.

I started to scream loudly.

He slowly approached me with a pointy object.

The criminal took another step and suddenly fell.

Why did he fall?

I stopped screaming when I saw a masked person that had the same pointy object as the burglar in his hand.

The person took her mask off and looked at me with pitiful eyes.

She was a beautiful woman who would fit perfectly in a fairy tale.

She looked tired and happy at the same time.

She dropped the 'knife' and came close to me.

The girl hugged me tightly as I started crying on her shoulder.

It seems I fell asleep.

It hard being a baby, I could already see the horror of teething and surviving the boredom of going to school all over again.

It's really hard being reborn as an infant.

To find the answer to what is after death is actually amazing.

Would I actually forget the memories of my previous life?

I want to forget my heroic death of saving a child of being run by a car.

I hope the headline of the newspaper would be '22-year old college student saves a child from being run by a car."

Nah, that headline would be too long right.

I literally have no imagination.

I even died as a virgin.

As I was crying inside of my head I finally managed to grasp my surroundings.

I woke up in a white room which seems to me like a hospital room.

On the right side of the bed, I was sleeping in, sat 2 women.

One of the 2 ladies was the same girl who saved me.

She had long brown hair, a pretty face and a slender figure.

The other had short black hair, a handsome face and a slender muscular figure.

If not for her big chest you would mistake her for a boy.

"Are you sure about adopting him? It costs a lot of energy to raise a child." asked the girl with short hair.

She is right, she should really consider adopting a kid from a random village that you could drop off at an orphanage.

It's really easy to understand the language.

I'm happy that I had a hobby of learning as many languages.

I managed to recognize the language, it was Japanese

"Don't worry, Chisato. It would help him and us at the same time. People would stop mistaking us for sisters and think of us a couple." she stated while picking me up.

So they weren't sisters, but lesbians.

If they weren't sisters people would think they were friends she is skipping a whole part.

But having lesbians as parents is a new experience, I look forward to it.

"He would grow up with a face that looks like us. Pretty brown hair like me and a handsome face with blue eyes like you. Our parents would be happy with a grandchild after the fiasco of our marriage. And I always wanted such a cute child. Can we please keep him?" she said while I was settling in her warm arms.

Chisato sighed and looked at me.

"Okay, let's keep him. But do you even have a name for him, Midori?" She asked her while rubbing her forehead.

She didn't.

She started thinking really hard and kept brainstorming.

"I have one. Haru, Mashima Haru." she reached her decision with a big smile covering her face.

"You thought so long for such a simple name." Chisato looked at her with disbelief.

"It isn't simple. It fits him perfectly." she retorted.

"Let's fill in those papers and go home already. I think it would help me rest my body with having my wife and my new son beside me."

"Kyaaa! Chisato, I love you!" she squeaked while trying to hug her.

"Midori, watch out. You will drop him."

I am 3 years old right now and visiting a playground together with Kaa-san.

Which of the 2?

Since Chisato thaught me to be formal to others, I call her Kaa-san and since Midori always plays with me I call her Kaa-chan.

This slight difference would confuse others but my parents are totally okay with it.

As I said we are visiting the playground against my will.

I don't want to play with snotty brats.

"You better try to make friends here. You even yield to play with your nieces and nephews. If you don't even try today I will stop training and forbid you for aiming to be a ninja." she scolded me with a strict look.

"But Kaa-san-" I whined.

"No buts, Chisato is on a mission again and I want to tell that you have made a friend when she is back. You heard me." she continued.

"Yes, Kaa-san. I will do my best." I said to her politely.

I need to find a friend as quickly as possible I liked training too much to quit it and not being able to aim to be like Kaa-chan.

Kaa-san was a kunoichi herself but retired shortly after she and Kaa-chan took me in.

She found work as a nurse at the hospital and has been training my in iryo-ninjutsu since the day I could walk.

The fact that I was reborn in a different gave was shocking but playing with chakra was reassuring.

I avoided all the snotty brats as soon as I encountered a kid with grey hair that somehow defied gravity, wearing a mask.

He didn't have a snotty nose and wasn't crying.

Perfect.

"Yo. Want to be my friend?" I asked him.

He ignored me and jumped on a branch of the tree in front of us.

What's with this guy all high and mighty?

"You're such a stuck up brat. But I don't have many options, so you have to do." I told him while jumping next to him.

He didn't expect me to do this.

This guy is going to be hard to deal with.

He kept looking at me for a long minute.

"Are you done staring at me?" I asked him while sighing.

"Can you fight?" He finally talked.

"I'm sure I can take you on." I declared confidently.

"Then let's spar," he announced softly.

We both beat each other roughly.

We were evenly matched.

If didn't stop underestimating him I would have lost.

I was tired and my mouth was dry.

We tried to attack each other but we were interrupted by a huge man with a grey ponytail.

He must be his father.

"Kakashi, you must be glad to find a sparring partner on your level."

He nodded.

So he is name is Kakashi.

"I forget to introduce myself my name is Mashima Haru. It's nice to meet you." I introduced myself.

"Hatake Kakashi," he answered.

"Since you have found a friend, I will teach you the chakra scalpel."

"Mashima-san, I thank you for your son to spar with mine. He is a bit socially awkward but I think Haru-kun can handle it," said Kakashi's dad.

"TO-SAN!" Kakashi yelled.

"I thank you too for letting your son spar with mine. This is the first time my son actually managed to talk to children of his own age. Hearing the idea to talk to children of his age made him puke. I hope Kakashi-kun can handle him." My mother answered.

"KAA-SAN!" I yelled.

"It seems they are a bit alike." they both said at the same time while laughing.
