Chapter 1-The setting
The Tennysons were running. They had running for weeks now. The evil wizard, Hex had unleashed the sins into the world. He had collected all the charms of Bezel (like some other snappin' tyrant widely known).
Ben was missing. The last that was seen of him is him going alien. That particular species had never been seen before. Ben jumped into a pit made by Hex to get to the core of the Earth and corrupt it from inside. The runaways were Granpa Max, Gwen, Kevin and, believe it or not, Charmcaster. They had made a temporary but uneasy alliance with her.
All around them were monsters and other-dimensional beings with a frenzied look in their eyes. It seemed everyone else was oblivious, but Gwen was traumatized by the sight of the citizens of Bellwood being raped. Yep, Hex is a perv.
