A Curse



Prologue

She awoke abruptly in her sleep, as her breath became

sharp and ragged. Her golden hair in disarray and her body

curled up into a tight ball in fright.

Every night it was the same dream, haunting her,

reminding her of her past.

The day where her heart shattered. The day when she lost her most treasured thing, her family. And it was all her fault.

It was all her fault! She thought in agony and tears started to burn her eyes, if only she didn't……………

Ironic really, she thought arousing from her sorrows. The very same day everything was taken from her, was the exact same day of her own celebration of her birth. It was as if her existence in this world was a curse, one that she would always contemplate herself as. A curse.

Never having anyone to love and love her back, never knowing true love.

For she knew HE was still out there, and so far she had to change her entire life because of him.

A new identity, a new home, a new face, personality, and a new lifestyle. Maybe it was for the best, for now she was known as, Usagi Tsukino, the figure skater, the Enchantress of the ice.

But is it worth her life?
