D: Nope, still not mine...I wish

"No they can't do that!" exclaimed visibly distressed Hermione.

Headmaster Dumbledore just watched her with pity in his eyes. "I'm afraid, the Marriage Law has passed, and you need to marry either pureblood or halfblood wizard, or a witch". The famous twinkling was absent, and his speech cold and commanding.

"I know that it is not something you want but we all must make some sacrifice, young Mister Malfoy can be a good man" said Dumbledore.

"Are you crazy, has the whole world gone crazy, we won the war and I'm not going to marry that twitchy little ferret!" Hermione yelled and rushed from the Headmaster's office.

She was almost running towards the dungeon, she needed help and the only one she could think of was her dark Potions Professor Severus Snape.

She knocked on the old chestnut door that lead to a Snape's office.

"Enter!" she heard the silky voice from the inside.

Calmly she opened the door, taking a big deep breaths, and entered the room.

"Professor Snape, you are my only hope, you've heard of this new Law, and that I must marry Malfoy. Please marry me, please so I don't need to suffer. Haven't I've done enough. I don't want to be turn into some breeding cow." she looked at him pleadingly.

"Miss Granger, what gave you the idea that I would ever marry you. Some bushy haired, buck tooth, know it all griffindor princess, and friend of a Potter." Severus spat that last word like it was the worst poison on the world.

"Your character disgust me, I cannot stand you and yet you think that I who gave my whole life to two masters don't deserve something...better." he could see the tears falling down her cheeks, and she was pale on the verge of unconsciousness.

"Go, Miss Granger, just...go", Severus suddenly sounded tired.

She ran, like she never did in her life, tears clouded her sight, and she never saw the pillar in her way. She bumped into it and fell. Her time turner that she got at the beginning of her last "repeated" year crashed under her and started turning uncontrollably, and just like that Hermione disappeared from the hall.

In Severus' office one elegant woman with curly hair entered, and one look at her husband was enough for her to know what has just happened.

She came close, and hugged Severus from the back, "She was here wasn't she, it finally happened?" she spoke softly to her husbands ear.

"Yes, she was, and I was so cruel. Hermione how could you forgive me for that, how could you fall in love with me?" he turned his head towards his wife.

"What can I say, you were my dark Prince, especially when I landed on you twenty years back."

"And started to yell at me, I was so confused why such a pretty girl is sitting on me, and touching me, willingly. And you yelled, and cried and yelled some more, so I did what I had to do. I kissed you, and for my first kiss it was bloody glorious" small smile graced his face, so small that you could almost miss it.

"Yes, my dear Severus, and here we are twenty years later with three children, and fourth on the way" Hermione added.

"What, fourth? Wait we are pregnant, again?" that smile was worth waiting for.

He kissed his wife passionately, "Always and forever!"
