"Gabriella, I have to go and met someone else." Troy said before he ran of to find Sharpay standing by her locker, but he had never told Gabriella that he was cheating on her with Sharpay Evans.
Gabriella was sitting with Chad. Going over a few things about college, and moving to a new place. Just as she saw Troy and Sharpay entering the room. Holding hands, and kissing.
Then it was time to go home. It had been a very bad day for Gabriella.
She had sat down on the sofa, crying her eyes, when her mother came in to the room with worry.
"Gabriella, is everything alright?" Her mother asked, worriedly.
"My boyfriend was cheating on me with Sharpay Evans," she told her. "And now, he's dating her."
"Gabriella," She said. "you'll soon find someone new. It doesn't matter how long it takes to find someone who loves you for you."
She begun to cheer up a little, and got a tissue to wipe her tears away.
As she heard the phone ring from downstairs.
"Hi, this in the Montez residents." She answered.
"We are please to inform you," A man said. "You have been excepted to a college here in Mystic Falls."
"Thank you," She said, thanking him. "When do I start?"
"You start next week." He said, as they both put the phone down.
She then ran up to her room happily, as Troy phoned her. But she didn't pick up the phone.
Then she got a phone call from Taylor.
"Taylor, I have been excepted to Mystic Falls College." She squealed, down the phone line.
"So, your leaving Albuquerque?" She questioned her.
"Yes," She paused. "I am. But it's not until next week."
"Your leaving next week?" She asked.
"Of course," she said. "I am leaving next week."
"Well, I am glad that Troy broke up with you." She said, bitterly.
"So, your not my friend anymore?" She questioned.
"Of course," she said. "The gang has decided that your no long a wild cat at East High."
"The gang?" She asked. "You don't mean that they don't include me anymore?"
"Of course," she said. "They don't have to include you in any of their games, and Troy can't blame himself for wanting to date Sharpay Evans."
"I thought we were always friends, Taylor?" She said and hang up on her.
The next day, Gabriella got on the bus, and saw Taylor sitting beside Chad.
"Maybe, we should let her sit with us." Zeke said, as he got up and asked her to join them.
"Sorry, Zeke," she said, apologising to him.
"Zeke, just ignore her and come and sit with us." Sharpay said smirking over at Gabriella.
"I'm glad that I'm leaving, so I won't have to see that girl Sharpay." She thought to herself.
When the bus stopped outside the school, Taylor walked over to Gabriella, trying to apologise to her.
"It's a little late to apologise to me, Taylor," she said. "after all, you got what you wanted. For me to leave, and to hate me forever."
"I would never hate you forever," She yelled. "I just don't want to be friends with an outsider."
"You think that I am an outsider?" She asked.
"Yes," she said. "And I'm deeply sorry that Troy dumped you."
"You know what? Leave me alone," She shouted. "and go and join your new friend Sharpay Evans."
"Fine," she huffed, and left Gabriella on her own.
Then it was time go to the lesson, when Troy had walked up to her.
"Gabriella-" He called, as she just sat down at her table. Getting her homework ready for Miss. Durbus.
"Thank you, Miss. Montez," she said. "and enjoy your last week here at East High."
"Your welcome," She said, going back to her seat, as she saw her mum come in the classroom to pick Gabriella up early.
"What is her mother doing here?" A boy whispered.
"She's here to pick up her daughter from school." Troy said, as Gabriella picked up her things and left the class room to go home.
Later that day, Troy and Sharpay had dropped by Gabriella's house.
"Hi, Miss. Montez," Troy greeted. "Is Gabriella home?"
"Yes," she said. "She's in the middle of packing her things before she leaves for Mystic Falls."
"Well, can we come in and say 'goodbye' to her?" Sharpay asked.
"Of course," she said. "but be nice. The two of you have hurt Gabriella, and she just doesn't want to be disturbed by two of the bullies of East High."
Then they both headed upstairs to Gabriella's bedroom.
"What are you two doing here?" She asked, looking disgusted.
"We are here to say 'goodbye' to you." Sharpay replied.
"It seems to be working." Gabriella said, putting her clothes into the suitcase.
"Gabriella, I heard what you said to Taylor." Troy said, pushing Gabriella up against the wall, and then, she fell to the floor.
"Troy, why did you do that to me?" She yelled, looking up at him.
"Because you said that Taylor should hang around with my girlfriend. Soon to be wife." He said, as he knocked her out.
"We better go out that way." He says. "It's better to sneak out, without getting caught."
"Troy, that's a great idea." She said to him.
A few minutes later, a boy dropped by to pick up Gabriella from her house.
"Hi, Miss. Montez." The boy greeted. "I've come to pick up Gabriella, and to take her to Mystic Falls."
"But isn't that until next week?" She asked, confused.
"Change of plans," He said. "they want her there early, and your to stay here to have your baby."
"How am I pregnant?" She asked.
"A little bird told me." He said, pointing him up to Gabriella's bedroom, where she was lying on the floor, and he picked her up. Then put her into the passenger side.
"Ouch," she yelped, exclaiming her ankle.
"You broke your ankle, when Troy pushed you up against the wall," The boy explained to her.
"I guess that explains why it hurts so much." She said and she didn't realise that she was in his car.
"If you don't mind me asking, but what is your name?" He asked questioning her.
"My name is Gabriella. What's your name?" She asked him.
"My name is Dimitri." He introduced himself. "I work for the vampire people."
"Is that something I should know?" She asked confused.
"Yes," he replied. "That is something that you should know."
"So, isn't it a bit too early to pick me up from my home?" She asked.
"No," he said. "it isn't too early to pick you up."
"Oh," she said. "how did you know that I broke my ankle?"
"Troy twisted your ankle, and the college decided to have you in early," he explained. "but we couldn't have Troy damaging you."
"Troy's hurt me so much," she says to him. "And really he spends more time with her."
"Gabriella, your right." he said. "not that I see him hanging around with the blonde."
"Do you know who I might be sharing a room with?" She asked.
"All girls share a round with boys." he inhaled. "and your sharing a room with Shad."
"Does that S stand for Chad?" She asked, as she saw a building right in front of her.
"No," he said. "It stand for something else. Shad once told me that."
"And you agree to go along with the S?" She questioned.
"Of course I did," He sighed.
Then they saw a sign saying ' Mystic Falls.'
"Welcome to Mystic Falls." He said as they drove past the post that says 'Mystic Falls'
"Who are they?" She asked, looking at a bush of boys.
"That's Peeta, Tommy and Lucas." He said pointing each one of them out.
"What are they doing?" She asked.
"They're doing their work, in which, your going to be doing tomorrow when your settled in." He said, as he walked her into the building. To see the head mistress.
"You must be Gabriella Montez?" She asked, shaking Gabriella's hand.
