"Anakin, I want you to stay here, for your own good. I sense great confusion in you young Skywalker. Stay in the Council room until we return," said Master Windo. Anakin said curtly,
"I must go with you." Master Windo stopped sharp, turned and said,
"I want you to stay here! Now, go." Anakin muttered
"Yes Master." Hulan ducked behind the star ship. Master Anakin was mad, that wasn't good. She liked Master Anakin; he was a great Jedi and almost a Master. She personally hoped that he would become one soon so that she could be his apprentice. Hulan peeked again and saw Anakin turn slowly. Could he sense her presence? Hulan ducked and saw his shadow slowly move towards the Great Council's Room's location. Hulan argued with herself on whither or not she should say something to him. He was just about to leave the ship room into the Great Temple. She bounded out and called,
"Master Skywalker, wait!" Anakin turned and Hulan saw that he was crying. Hulan slowed to a stop beside him and asked,
"May I come with you, Master Skywalker?" Anakin looked away and mumbled,
"I guess you could, I need the company any how." Hulan said nothing but fell in step with him. Hulan was a Padwan Jedi. She was 12 and still no Jedi master had personally chosen her to be their apprentice. She had just constructed her first light saber two years ago. It was a liquid purple, a shade or two lighter than Master Windo's. She looked at Anakin, he was silent and grim. Hulan sent calming senses through the Force to him. Now that she was next to him, Hulan could feel great stress and frustration in him. Hulan felt awkward and helpless. She opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came out. The tile floor beneath her echoed with their boots as they swiftly made way to the Council room.
When they reached the Room Master Anakin stood still for a moment in the middle and then abruptly kicked one of the orange, rounded chairs next to him. Hulan gasped and mentally heaved the chair away from him. Anakin looked surprised at her Force skills. But his surprised look was replaced with a scowl as he sat down, putting his head in his hands. Hulan sat down also but jerked up right again, it felt wrong to sit where great Masters sat.
