These are the last moments Jack Frost has as he plummets into the lake. Please enjoy!
The terror that sunk into his core overwhelmed him. His body could not move. His breath hitched. Time felt like it was slowing down. His mind was overwhelmed by the sheer terror that trembled through his body. He had known; no, he knew this was going to happen. Even as the gray skies looked down at him. Even as the sheer horror that ripped through his sister's screams he, Jack, smiled.
Then came the aghast moment as the shock from the cold water brought him back. His body felt heavy. As gravity did his mind was boggled with the instincts to survive. But his body did not move he could not move. Jack struggled attempting to gasp only had the poor boy drown further into the depths of the lake. Jack's lungs burned for air as water slowly filled him. His body was going numb.
The colder the water was becoming to harder it was for his move. His mind blurred with worry. Not for himself but of his sister. Was she safe? What is happening to her now? Jack could only do but that. Then came the sudden realization; he was drowning. And yet he worried more for for his sister.
Jack knew she was safe and that was all he could think. He didn't know how or why he just knew that she was out of harms way. With those last moments he could feel his vision blur. His mind was shutting down as was his body he was dying. He knew this. Still Jack smiled he was happy to have at least done some good, right? With those last moments Jack's eyes came to a close as the dark waters of the lake wrapped around him. His body sunk to its comforting depths.
I do hope you enjoyed this mini-story of Jack's last moments. I'm sorry for the semi-depressing moments. But I think it went okay! Please tell me what you think. And Yes, this is my very first fanfic.
