The bird is a hybrid of Scarlet and Spix, with robotic wings on both of his wings.
"...General Hakim wants to see you..." a bird said.
The Hybrid walks into General Hakim's room where this Spix macaw wearing the NRC armor and a beret on him is standing and waiting for him.
"Welcome to the NRC, you are the first bird to have this cybernetic" Hakim said.
"I am sir" The hybrid asked
Hakim turned around and said "What's you name son?"
The bird stood up and said "Lin...Lin the Hybrid"
Lin walked out of Hakim's office.
