Intro
War...war never changes. Since the dawn of time when man discovered the killing power of rock, and bone, blood has been spilled in the name many things. Be it God, kings, freedom, down to the simplicity of insanity.
The mongols took control of a vast number of nation using their combined armies, the early colonials broke from the mother land of England, to pursue ideals of their own. Hitler reshaped a battered and defeated Germany into an economic super power.
The year was 2077 when the bombs fell. Many believe the invasion of Alaska by the Chinese was the beginning of the end. Maybe it was the U.S. Annexation of Canada. The reasons are trivial, the causes purely our own. The world was bathed in a sea of nuclear fire. Life was extinguished across the world, humanities souls becoming one with the ambient radiation that blanketed the land. A quiet silence ensued.
This however, was not the end of humanity. The American leaders predicted the end and built giant underground shelter know as Vaults. This allowed those who were luckily able to get into one of them to ride out the man made disaster. This although only was the beginning of another bloody chapter in humanities history.
Vault 58, this is where our story began. Unfortunately due to the nature of the old world solid this remarkable feat. The turned the Vaults into giant test projects to determine weather humanity had the right to exist. This warped the minds of those who survived in the Vaults. Most turning into sadistic raiders who pilfered and stole their way to their ideal happiness. With in a hundred years the vaults opened. But not 58, no due to a malfunction this particular Vault did not open. Not until today.
