I got this idea soon after watching Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, but this takes place a little before the first Jurassic World movie. Doctor Henry Wu is assigned a rather strange project to complete from Jurassic World's owner, Masrami, and creates a Velociraptor using a human boy as the base, but is told to add a smidgen of DNA from the Indominus Rex, thus creating… you know what? I'm not going to reveal that. I'm just going to let the main event be a surprise. I must admit, it does seem like something of an enigma, but I wanted to try and make something out of this. I hope you guys enjoy the story anyway.

Prologue - Seven Chose Children!

In his lab on the Puerto Rican island known as Isla Nublar, Genetics Scientist Henry Wu is currently working 'round the clock on a project meant to be implemented today on order from his new boss. His assignment? To merge Dinosaur DNA with that of an already living human. But this would not be a very easy task. Such a project needs to be kept top secret. A strict need to know basis.

Henry pinched the bridge of his nose as he thought about how he was going to accomplish this particular assignment. Masrami didn't want to do this project for something as simple as another park attraction. No, he wanted to use this project as a means to help children who were abused, neglected, or orphans so they could create familial bonds with the various dinosaurs in the park, allowing them to get ready for the harsh realities of the world through primal instinct.

But the fact remains, he still needs volunteers. Preferably children between the ages of eleven and fifteen years old. Also, he'd like to have multiple volunteers at one time to make sure that things proceeded smoothly through the procedure.

Henry sighed, feeling ready to give up on this project. And he already had three full vials of Velociraptor DNA ready to go, too! Along with a vial of Tyrannosaurus Rex DNA, one for Triceratops, another for Pteranodon, and even one for Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus. But that's when one of his assistants walked into the lab.

"Doctor Wu, we've made a breakthrough!" the young man exclaimed with a big grin.

"The Indominus is behaving less aggressively?" Henry asked hopefully.

"No, it's even better! We've finally got some volunteers for Project Packmate!" he replied.

Not expecting this, Henry began to smile as though Christmas had come early this year. This was indeed better news than almost anything involving the Indominus Rex! He quickly took the list from his assistant and began to skim through the list of names on this list. There weren't very many. But of the twenty volunteers on the list, there were seven names that stood out to Doctor Wu.

Samantha Manson, Tucker Foley, Paulina Sanchez, Star Supreme, Kwan Ishiyama, Jasmine Fenton, and Daniel Fenton.

These seven seemed like the ideal candidates to become the Dinosaur/Human hybrids that Masrami was looking for. And with the proper training, they could become great warriors that could protect the world from all sorts of threats. And at the same time, they'll become the bridge that connects the humans and the Dinosaurs.

"Contact the parents of the seven children I've chosen on this list. I've circled their names so you know who I'm talking about. And get Owen Grady over here while you're at it. I've got a job for him." Henry instructed, handing the list back to his assistant.

The young man gave a quick salute and left the lab, leaving Doctor Wu to his work. And yet this aid was completely unaware of the possible chaos the world was going to be thrown into.
