Spoilers: Serpents Liar
"You must take action O'Neill." Every fiber of Teal'c's body wanted to react, but he couldn't. Not yet. He watched the muscles in Jack's face tighten. The Colonel had his gun aimed, all he had to do was pull the trigger...
Teal'c understood what that one action would mean. Pulling the trigger would be giving up any hope of every saving the young boy that meant so much to the Colonel.
"Skaara!" Jack yelled. It wasn't so much a warning as it was pleading. Teal'c's hand twitched on the Zat'n'katel. It was taking all his self control not to open fire on the wretched go'auld that was taking Daniel's life, but he couldn't…not yet. If he opened fire on Korell he would save Daniel, but Jack would blame him. The Colonel needed to make the choice for himself. He needed to choose who to save. He had faith in the Tauri warrior. Jack would make the right choice.
However if he didn't…Teal'c had no intention of letting Daniel Jackson die…
