The faint echo of Baby's horn grew in volume as he became more conscious. The sun was gone and the cool air bit at the wounds on his face.Sammy, Dean thought and jolted up to check on his little brother, who sat ganglyin the passenger seat, no visible injuries just knocked out from the impact. Impact. What had they hit? He remembered driving; Sam was talking about the history of well systems throughout America, that he was sure pertained to the case they were working on somehow, but Dean stopped listening when he saw an exit sign saying that there were only three miles between him and a hot juicy burger and pie. After that…he racked his brain, but the cell that held that information was vacant. It wasn't that he couldn't remember, not remember is one thing, but knowing that there should be something there and it being gone is something all together different.

A loud bang rang next to him as girl slammed into the side of his door, she couldn't have been more than twenty with long dark hark that she flung out of her wide worried hazel eyes that reflected brightly by the moonlit glow, "Are you okay?" she asked focusing on her footing. Dean's reflexes brought him to holding out his gun to her face, which she didn't seemed surprised by, she just calmly took a surrendered stance. "It's okay, I am just helping." She took a step forward again without being concerned on whether he would shoot. She took out her flashlight from her pocket, and illuminated it in his face, " Holy shit!" she gasped lowering the light, "What?" Dean asked anxiously as he grabbed the rear view mirror, nothing too special there just a scrape or two. She shook her head in response and tried opening the door, it was jammed. She took out a pocket knife and disappeared under the car with a splash.

Dean hadn't noticed the rushing water before now due to the ringing in his ear, but as it subsided the more he realized they were in danger, he grabbed Sam, who woke with a start "DEAN!" he whined as he gathered himself. He was about to open his door, when the girl appeared on his side, "Don't open this door!" she yelled and then disappeared once more. Sam looked at Dean utterly confused; Dean shrugged "No idea," he said.

A few moments later Dean's door popped open and the drenched girl followed right after gasping "get out" into her lungs. Dean and Sam exited Baby and were surprised by the sight in front of them. Dean's stomach dropped as he witnessed his beautiful girl being consumed by the river below them.

"Keep an eye on it will yah?" the girl asked walking up to a giant black truck and began pulling Baby out.

"Who the hell is she?" Sam voiced Dean's thought, again he was at a loss for words so he just shrugged. She drove the cars safely back to the road, the boys followed. When they reached her she was out of the truck and inspecting Baby. "I can't tell with this little bit of light, but I think she will be okay, the tree wasn't wrapped around it just holding her up." She hypothesized, "I can take you guys back to my place, get you cleaned up, maybe some food, a nap... then we can check her in the morning…if that is something you would want to do." She wrung out her brown mop and threw it up into a bun. " I don't know about you, but I need a shower, and warm clothes, that river is colder than it usually is in the summer."

Both Sam and Dean just watched her and said nothing, which astounded each of them."Okay then," she continued, " I will take that as a yes. Get in." she ordered and they obeyed.
