The Taylors
CSI Detective Mac Taylor walked down the corridors of the Crime Lab looking for his wife, he had more evidence for her to look at and he couldn't do it because he had to go interrogate the suspect. Mac found his wife CSI Lindsay Taylor printing out results "Lindsay I need you to process this blood and see if it matches the one from the bedspread" he said walking over to her.
Lindsay turned around "why can't you do it?" she asked as she looked down at the saliva results she had just printed off "because I have a suspect to interrogate" he replied, Lindsay looked up at him and held out her hand "fine give it here" she said, Mac handed her the evidence and kissed her "I love you" he said. Lindsay smiled "you so need stop being a suck up" she said kissing him again then turning and beginning to process the evidence.
That night Mac walked in the front door and closed it behind him. The case had finally wrapped up and he was home at 7:30 "Lindsay?" he called out "kitchen" came a reply. Mac put his stuff down and headed for the kitchen and when he entered Lindsay was walking around cooking "you haven't eaten?" he asked as she stopped at the stove to check on the food "no I thought I'd wait for you so we could eat together" she replied as she looked over her shoulder and grinned at him. Mac smiled back and continued watching his wife cook.

After dinner and dessert, Mac and Lindsay were sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee and talking "but why would Sonia do that, I thought she loved her husband" Lindsay said as she sipped her coffee "I guess she thought that the best way out of a marriage was murder" Mac replied. Mac watched Lindsay as she took a sip of her coffee and then her hand suddenly fly to her stomach causing her to smile "Lindsay?" he said wondering what she was smiling at.
Lindsay smile widened "she kicked Mac, Kate kicked" she replied, Mac got up out of his chair and went round squatting next to Lindsay and placing his hand on her belly. After a couple of seconds he felt a kick "Kate this your father speaking, keep up the kicking" Mac spoke to Lindsay's pregnant belly and another kick followed, Lindsay smacked her husband's shoulder "Mac don't encourage her" she said as she stood up.
Mac followed suit "I love you" he said kissing her, Lindsay wrapped her arms around his neck kissing him back then broke the kiss "suck up" she said grinning causing Mac to grin back, just then Lindsay felt a kick and the parents-to-be laughed and looked at Lindsay's belly "we love you too Kate" they said.
