Psychic Love
Silver's POV
I sat there. Waiting for the knock. My golden eyes darted around the room. I was waiting for my friend, Blaze the Cat, to arrive at the door. We were going to Emerald Coast for a small vacation. Me and her. Finally, I heard a knock at the door. I jumped up and ran to the door and opened it. There stood a lavender feline with shining amber eyes and a red jewel set in her forehead."You ready, Silver?" She asked. "As ever, Blaze." We walked out the door. After a few hours of walking, we finally arrived at Station Square and checked into the hotel. The hotel had a swimming pool, access to the beach, even a Chao Garden. The manager gave us two room keys. "Your room is Room B-11. Have a nice stay at Station Square Suites." We walked to our room and unpacked our bags. "Nice place." I said as I examined the room. "I guess so." Blaze replied. After a day relaxing by the pool, we headed to our room. "Well, I guess it's time to go to sleep." I said. The cat simply nodded. We headed to separate beds. "Good night, Blaze." I said to her. "Good night, Silver." she said to me. We dozed off to sleep.
The next morning, I was the last one awake. I saw Blaze pacing through the hotel room. Her face was about as red as fire. "Ha. No joke." I thought, knowing that she controlled fire with her mind. A lot like my ability to lift things with my mind. She saw me awake and her face went red even more. "Blaze? What's wrong?" I asked. Blaze sighed. "Silver..." Then, she said something that made my mind just lose it.
"I love you..."
My face was about as red as hers. Then I said the same. She smiled at me. We leaned in until our foreheads were touching. Both of us were blushing like crazy. Then our long, black noses touched. I stared at her amber eyes. She stared at my golden eyes. We closed them, and our lips locked in a kiss. When our faces separated, the room was in complete and utter silence. We smiled. I felt completely speechless. But, I was glad. I had finally said the words that I had to, and she agreed.
