Alicia wakes up, the sun is shinning through her bedroom window, and stretches. it was about 8am and she gets up and begins to do her daily routines of the morning before going to school. On her way to school, Alicia smiles at the small kids playing at the elementary school,just a few blocks down from her house. just as she is about to turn the corner around the local drug store, she noticed in the corner of her eye, 2-3 older boys begin to follow her. Even though she was a master in karate,these boys were bigger and stronger. finally she gets onto the school's grounds and she turns and sees the boys walking away, grumbling. she sighs in relief and begins to included her self with her friends before the morning bell. when the bell finally rang, she heads to class,happily chattering with her friends and once got into the classroom then took her seat.

"hey did ya hear? apparently we are getting a new kid." her classmates gossiping about the rumor.

"i heard that the new kid is a gets into fights" a girl about Alicia's age said.

Alicia tunes in and out of the gossiping and looks at her phone in her lap. after 5 minutes have passed, the teacher walks in with a young adult woman walking in behind him.

"class,we have a new student today. please be nice and make her feel welcome." said the teacher.

the new student stood in the front of the class and scans the room. she was wearing a male's uniform due her tomboyness and disliking of female clothes. she was about 5ft 6in and had brownish black hair,cut short almost looking like a guy. alicia could feel the new student's eyes laying on her which gave her an uneasy feeling. finally the new student spoke.

"My name is Aris. i hope we can become friends soon" said the new girl just before taking a seat in the back near the windows.

alicia's head perks up when she heard Aris speak and glances at her. From Alicia's point of view, Aris looked more like a lonesome prince staring out the window just looking and waiting for her princess to arrive. this made Alicia blush and quickly put her focus on the teacher as he began the lesson. who is this new girl and why does she make Alicia feel..at ease?
