Aaron Hotcher couldn't fight his feelings any longer. He didn't want to fight his feelings any longer. He wanted to have the right to hold, touch, kiss, and love the woman he loved with all his heart. He chuckled at a stray thought that was completely true. He smiled as he thought to himself I surrender but yet I win.

He pulled out his cell phone and sent Emily a text asking her to come up to his office. He watched out his office window as she pulled her cell phone out and he saw the smile that flashed on her face before she lifted her eyes to his office. He smiled at her and she gave him a shy smile in return as she stood up from her desk and walked up to his office.

"You needed to see me Hotch?" Emily asked as she walked in and shut the door.

Aaron smiled and walked over to where she stood. "Yes, I needed to see you Emily but please call me Aaron because if you do this will make what I am about to say a whole heck of a lot easier."

Emily smiled and nodded and said "Alright Aaron what did you need?"

Aaron took in a deep breath and then blurted "Emily I am in love with you. I have fought my feelings because I didn't think that I was good enough or right enough for you but I am done fighting my feelings. I still do not think that I am good enough for you or that I deserve you but if you give me a chance I will do my best to make it where you will never regret a relationship with me."

Emily's head felt like it was spinning. She was finally hearing the words that she had desperately wanted to hear for a long long time come out of Aaron's mouth. Her mind was jumping for joy and she was barely able to keep herself from jumping for joy. She is finally getting everything she has ever wanted in her life.

Aaron held his breath as he waited for Emily to say something to him. He hoped that she would answer back in kind but the longer he had to wait more of his hope died down. He really wanted to be her partner in everything for forever.

Emily saw that Aaron was holding his breath so she finally said "Aaron I love you too. I think that you are perfect for me. As for me giving you a chance nothing would make me happier I just have one condition."

Aaron's breath rushed out of his body and he said "What is your condition Emily?"

Emily smiled and walked the last step to Aaron and said "Just don't leave me."

Aaron grinned. "I never plan on leaving you. You are my life now. And you will be Jack's life as well. I love you Emily."

Emily bent her head back and looked up into Aaron's eyes. "I love you too Aaron. You and Jack will be my life too. In all honesty you already are."

Aaron's eyes crinkled as he smiled and bent his head and brushed a light kiss across her lips. He knew that they would be happy and that eventually they would have more kids then just his son who he knew Emily would win over and would love to call Emily his Mommy.
