Ruby sat in a dark cave looking out into the night distance, She quickly moved back against the wall as her eyes flashed to a dark shadow casting along the outside of the cave
''Who's there?'' She cried out. Her voice was bubbly and her clothes were blood stained from the night before.
A man with long black hair came into view, Ruby stood up as she let her hand fall from the wall. She looked him up and down. He had bright green demon eyes with ripped dirty jeans an a black shirt. Her eyes casted along his figure, He also had his arms covered in tattoos with a chain necklace that looked farley old. She could smell the fresh scent of blood on him. The man stood on the outside of the cave looking in at her, His green eyes looked into hers before he feel limp and feel to the ground. Ruby quickly rushed to him and knelt down beside him running her hands across his face and chest before she knew were the blood was coming from, She looked at his s stomach and placed her hand over the gash in his stomach. It made a stitch design than disappeared and looked like new skin. Ruby stood back up and back away and he sat up and looked at her
''Thank you..'' He said to her than stood up and walked to her as she walked backwards than stopped at the rock wall. What she did relies when she was healing him was.. He was a warrior he had battle scars that slightly ruined his tattoos. She knew what the warrior and tattoos meant, a old saying in her family went if a man had scars on his body as well as tattoos he is a warrior. Female warriors are different in which she was one. They gazed into each other eyes and inhaled each others scent.. What they realized shocked theme and made him step back
''Shadow..'' She said softly to herself as her hands rested beside her. The man(Shadow) nodded his head slowly
''Ruby..''

Ruby nodded at what he had said, She noticed he didn't have his sword on him. She looked slightly confused ''Where's your sword''
''I lost it.. In a battle'' He replied to her than stepped closer once more as she let her hands fall to her side. Ruby stepped closer to him, the smell of fresh blood remained on him before she could say anything he added ''You return to my kingdom.. Were in need of you. A female warrior has passed, your the one everyone has chosen''
Ruby nodded she knew she couldn't deny even if she wanted to(which she didn't)
Once they returned to the castle, one of the maids showed Ruby up to a room were she took a shower and changed into black jeans with shoes and a black tank top. She put her long black hair up in a pony tail and slipped her sword into the holder by her side. A maid walked into her room and she walked downstairs into the throne room standing before Shadow who was sitting on a throne with a empty one beside him on a platform.
