Last of the bloodline
Chapter 1
Logan Lovegood looked at the Hogwarts express with delight. His heart was pounding and his mind was full of ideas. He ran aboard with his pet raven Messorem and made his way to an empty train compartment.
On his way past he saw two boys. One with black hair and glasses and another with ginger hair and a look of awe on his face. Logan brushed past the compartment to the next one in which he took his seat. He looked out the window at the people on platform 9 3/4, all of them were bustling about with luggage pets and family members bidding farewells, he then thought of his sister Luna who had been unable to see him off.
After waiting 15 minutes Logan fell asleep but was abruptly woken up by a girl with long frizzy hair.
"Have you seen a toad perchance" she asked exasperatedly
"No sorry" he replied quickly
The girl stormed out slamming the compartment door shut. Logan closed his eyes again and returned to his nap.
Once Logan had opened his eyes the Hogwarts express was at the station. He stood up, grabbed his things and left following the stream of first year's in front of him.
They came upon a small dock with hundreds of boats. Logan spotted the two boys and the girl from earlier and hurried himself onto the boat that they were on.
The castle was enormous. The sight was breathtaking and Logan could hear gasps of astonishment all around him. As they reached the boathouse they were greeted by a prefect who guided them to the main hall.
