You just came out of the Hokage's Office, stretching your arms.. You are so tired.. that last mission he gave you took a lot of energy.. you've been working hard lately, but now he's letting you have a week off.. Yawn! He was about to close the door but you stop him. He just gives you a confused look and then you give him a quick peck on the lips. "Thank you, Itachi."
Then you close the door leaving him surprised and wanting more. He couldn't resist the urge any longer. He opens the door (no you didn't lock it because you trusted Itachi) and comes in seeing you with only a towel around your body. You turn around and turn about 426 different shades of red.
