It was Cleo's birthday today! Lewis was coming to her house for a small party. Emma, Rikki, Zane, Ash, and a few other kids from school were already there. They were dancing to 'Freak the Freak Out' by: Victoria Justice.
"Present time!" Emma yelled.
"Oh, you know you didn't have to get me anything!' Cleo protested.
"To bad" Rikki replied.
Rikki had gotten Cleo a Kate Alexa cd (The girl who sings No Ordinary Girl). Emma had gotten her a photo album of her, Cleo, and Rikki. Zane got her a boat. Ash got her a certificate for a free smoothie. Lewis was freaking out! He had forgotten Cleo's present at his house! When everybody started dancing again, he took her hand and led her to the kitchen.
"Hey, um… I was wondering if you wanted to go to my house?" Lewis asked nervously.
"Um….Why and when?" Cleo asked nervously.
"Um, Now. I forgot your present in my room." Lewis told her.
"Okay, I don't think they'll miss us."
Cleo had never been in Lewis's room before!
*In Lewis's driveway.*
It looked like a normal house, even the inside looked normal. They walked up the steps to his room. When Lewis opened the door, she did not expect to see what she saw. There was Star Wars things ALL OVER! Light saber on hooks on the walls, figures on shelves, costumes hung up, posters and pictures on the walls, books and DVDs on the book shelves, Star Wars bed set, and lastly…his room looked like a giant star cruiser! Lewis was a Star Wars geek! She was dating a Star Wars geek!
"Here we go," Lewis said breaking her out of her shock. "Open it." He urged her.
Cleo opened the package slowly hoping it wasn't a Princess Leia figure or a light saber. What she found was a small velvet box. Cleo opened the box, finding a small mermaid ring, necklace, bracelet, and earring set.
"It's just what I wanted!" Cleo exclaimed. "How did you know?" She asked.
"Just a feeling," Lewis said with a wink.
Then he kissed her. Cleo realized, she didn't care if he was a huge Star Wars geek. She loved him with all her heart, no matter what! This was the best birthday ever!
