Mini fic. Like a ficlet. Writing this and posting before I'm going to work…again!
Takes place during Minimum Security.
Kate woke up to the obnoxious sound of a blaring alarm. She pushed the 'off' button and sat up.
Damn Gibbs taking the room she wanted. It was Tony's fault.
Tony.
A grin formed on her lips as she got out of bed and slipped out of the house.
She wandered around before finding her prize.
A green iguana lying on a rock.
Carefully she picked up said iguana and took it into the house. Quietly she walked into Tony's room and set the iguana on the pillow next to him. She smiled before leaving the room and closing the door tightly.
She winced at the slight noise before turning into her room. Not a moment later Tony was yelling. She forced back the grin and grabbed her gun, rushing into his room.
Gibbs had beat her. Both swiveled to face the bed only to lower their guns a moment later. They both turned to Tony and Kate had all she could do not to laugh. Instead she winked, with a smirk.
Tony quickly grabbed a table to hide himself.
Gibbs sighed. "I need coffee." with that head headed out of the room.
Kate finally let a grin fall on her face.
"Scared of an iguana Tony?"
"No! It just caught me off guard!"
"Sure." She smirked, walking over and picking up the green iguana.
"I guana hug." She said in a high pitched voice, moving the iguana in front of Tony's face.
He yelped. "Not nice Kate!"
"Don't try and steal my room next time." She growled, walking out of the room.
"You! Boss! Kate put an iguana in my bed!" Tony whined.
Gibbs sighed again. "I'm going out for coffee."
