Summary: After his father is killed Jake pushes everyone, including Emily, and he doesn't understand why he can bring himself to come out of the daze he's living in. When Heather comes back he finds comfort and is not even jealous when Emily starts seeing one of the marines in Jericho. Heather helps Jake come to terms with his father's death and except the fact that he can't save Jericho on his own. Heather, however has a secret about her time in New Bern and what Constantino and his men did to her.
