Aveline hid in a nearby haystack, scanned the field for Connor. Then, Aveline caught her attention on the noises came from north and she saw Connor came running right into the haystack. "Ooooffff!" Connor dived into the haystack and crashed into Aveline. Aveline fell down on her back. "Connor-? Aveline startled. "Aveline?" Aveline could see that he wasn't expecting too. Then, they reliezed that Connor was on top of Aveline, very close. "Sor-Sorry." Connor apologized, when he wanted to get off, he heard another guard came running down the trees and forced to stay low in the haystack. Connor pressed his body closer to Aveline's but balanced his weight on his arms and knees beside Aveline. Connor stared at the guard for his actions. Aveline could see his face is turning red, she was pretty sure that hers was too. They were pressing against eachother at least a minute. Time was not long, but long enough for them to feel their breath went faster. Aveline felt his tomahawk scratching her tigh lightly with the beat to his breathe. Didn't dare to move, she kept her eyes on Connor. His eyes were beautiful, its light brown and watery. After the guard was gone, Connor turned to Aveline whose face was slightly red under her tanned skin. Every breath he took smelled like flowers...not the ones on the streets or stores, the ones in his hometown. The smell of fresh air and woods. He looked down from her eyes to lips and stared at it, hesitating.
