Many, many years ago. On a planet named Vegeta, a man named Bardock had a son. His son would one day become the defender of the universe, protector of the innocent. He was named Kakkarot, but we all know him better as........Goku. This baby was sent to a planet named Earth. His mission was to destroy the planet as all the people from his planet did. He was found in a forest and adopted by a man named, Gohan. But what was strange about this baby is that he had a tail. Gohan named the baby he found, Goku. Goku, as a baby, was evil, devious, and hateful.
But after experiencing an unexpected head injury, Goku's evil traits disappeared. He began to grow up as a normal boy. As a young boy, Gohan had discovered that Goku was no ordinary boy, he trained him in the art of karate. But, one night, Goku stared into the sky, to which revealed a full moon. Goku began to grow into a giant, monkey-like creature. He had accidentally crushed Gohan. Goku, not knowing it was him who killed Gohan, mourned the loss of Gohan. When this boy had reached the age of 12, he had met a girl named, Bulma. They traveled the world together, meeting all sorts of dangers from the Red Ribbon Army, to General Tao, to the crane hermit and Tien, to Demon King Piccolo. After defeating the son of Demon King Piccolo at the age of 19, Goku had gotten married to the daughter of the Ox King, Chichi. After five peaceful years, Goku had a son named Gohan, named after his adoptive father. But those peaceful times were over, because Goku was visited by and evil alien named, Raditz.
Raditz had claimed to be Goku's brother from a far away planet called, Vegeta. Goku defeated his evil brother by teaming up with Piccolo. After the defeat of his brother and two others from his planet called,"Saiyans" Goku became the protector of the planet. After years of countless battles with many powerful foes and enemies, along side with his friend, Vegeta, who was also a Saiyan. The two have faced many evil enemies for many years, but when the Earth is in trouble, Goku, the defender of the universe will risk anything to help those in need. But what this man dosen't know is a threat that is approaching, coming closer every second. What will happen? Find out in Dragonball X!
