A Very Very Big Thank You!
Now I know this may seem childish but I couldn't help it! I'd like to thank everyone for their amazing reviews and advice it makes me so happy that people enjoy my stories and even help me make them better. I almost cried! No lie.
This little short story is dedicated to all of you amazing people who review!
Kagome was strolling down with her mate when she suddenly stopped at a jewelry store "What is it, mate?" "Hm? Nothing, don't worry." Sesshomaru caught her eye at the piece of jewelry.
It was a sapphire gem cut into a dog held up by a pretty silver chain, but she brushed him off and continued walking.
While she was walking, Sesshomaru entered the shop and bought the necklace. Making sure it was gift wrapped, he quickly caught up to his mate. "Where were you?" "I was simply window shopping." "Mmhm. I'm sure you were." He narrowed his eyes at her disbelief but continued walking.
A few hours and aching arms later they arrived home "That's Christmas shopping done. Finally!" he chuckled at her reaction "Even mine?" "Even yours and no I won't tell you what it is..." he growled playfully before leading her to the bedroom (No you dirty minded people not for that :P) "I have an early gift for you" she turned her suspicious eyes to him "Really now?" he got her to sit on the bed as he kneeled on the floor.
He brought out the silver wrapped box for her eyes "Oh my god! Sesshomaru!" "Open it, my love." she mumbled an okay before ripping the wrapping like a kid on Christmas day "Oh my god..." In the box was the same sapphire cut inu on the delicate silver chain that she had seen. "Oh my god, Sesshomaru! Thank you so much! I love it!" he smiled gently at her pleased face "I'll never forget this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" she jumped into his arms and cuddled him repeating it over and over again. 'Best day ever!' they both thought.
