"Roo-ook!" Ben dang from behind and wrapped his arms around his partner's neck. "Come to bed!"
"Not, now Ben," Rook chastised and continued to study the files on his hand. "I am up for my annual review. I need to study."
"But I have something I want to show you," Ben whispered into his pointed ear.
"It is sex?" Rook asked sounding more tired than interested.
"Well not anymore," Ben said releasing him.
Rook sighed and closed hit folder. "Ben-Dude," the junior Plumber called using his odd pet name and held out a hand. "Come here."
Ben grinned and giggled in delight when Rook jerked him forward and made him sit on his lap. "Whoop!"
"I am sorry," Rook apologized and hugged Ben to him. "I did not mean to sound so disinterested." Rook admitted. "I've love you for a long time and plan to for even longer."
Ben smiled at the alien. "Contractions," he managed before Rook kissed him.
