It's a warm and beautifully clear day in Gamindustri. We join our sub protagonist, Nepgear, as she is heading home after a shopping trip. She carries a large bag of groceries in her arms as she walks down the street of Planeptune. "I hope I got everything Histoire wanted." She says to herself. She later arrives at the Basilicom shouting, "Neptune! I'm back!" but when she looks over at where Neptune is usually gaming or lazing around, she's no where to be found. "Neptune?" She says, wondering where her sister is. She then spots Histoire flying around frantically. "Hey Histoire, do you know where Neptune is?" she asks her.

"I'm afraid not." Histoire tells her, "The last I spoke to her her, she said she wasn't feeling well. I was about to go check her room." The two of them head for Neptune's room, but when they get there, they see an unbelievable sight that makes them both gasp in shock and horror. They see a small baby with bright purple hair crying and squirming in the bed, as well as all of Neptune's usual clothes lying on the bed.

"Wh-What the goodness?!" Nepgear exclaims in shock, "B-Big sis?!" Nepgear runs over and picks up the baby in her arms and rocks it to try and calm it down. As she does this, the baby's crying stops and it begins laughing. "This is Neptune alright."

"How strange… Neptune's been turned into a baby…" Histoire notes.

"Well what do we do? I don't want Neptune to stay like this forever." Nepgear says in fear.

"Neither do I…" Histoire thinks for a moment. "We should contact the other CPUs and let them know about this."

"Ok." Nepgear says as she sets baby Neptune on the bed and runs for the computer to contact Noire, Blanc, and Vert, but Uni, Rom, and Ram are the ones who pick up. "Uni? Where's Noire?"

"Noire's… preoccupied at the moment…" Uni tells her, "So what's wrong?"

"It's terrible! Neptune's been turned into a baby!" Nepgear explains.

"Neptune too?!" Ram exclaims.

"Is something wrong Ram?" Histoire asks, coming to the computer.

"Yeah… Blanc's been turned into a baby as well." Rom tells them.

"EHHHHHHHHH?!" the two of them exclaim.

"Yeah… the same thing happened to Noire." Uni tells her.

"And Vert's not answering… so I can only assume the same thing has happened to her." Histoire assumes.

"What do we do?" Ram asks.

"We should gather the four CPUs." Histoire says, "Uni, Rom & Ram, you all bring Noire and Blanc here."

"What about Vert?" Uni asks.

As Histoire is thinking about what to do, a red-haired girl with pigtails comes into the room. "Hey Gearsy, what's up?" she asks in an energetic tone.

"Oh Uzume, perfect timing! Could you go to Leanbox and bring Vert here please?" Histoire asks. She explains the situation to Uzume and, without hesitation, she runs over to Leanbox to grab Vert.

Much later, they lay the four baby CPUs on a blanket in the middle of the living room, crying and fussing. "What do we do?" Nepgear asks in a panic, "How do we change our sisters back?"

"I do not know…" Histoire says hesitantly, "if only I knew how they became this way in the first place.

Just then, an older girl with hair like Neptune's comes into the room. "Hey there my peeps. What's going on?"

"Oh, Big Nepsy." Uzume says.

"You see… the four CPUs have all been turned into babies. We have no idea how to change them back." Histoire explains to her.

After saying that, Big Neptune cracks a nervous smile. "Heh heh, about that… I was messing around with some cool abilites Croire taught me, and I think I accidently turned them into babies…" she explains.

Everyone else looks at her with stunned expressions. "IT WAS YOOOOOUUUUUU?!"

"Fortunately, I know how to reverse it." Big Neptune says. She pulls out her insect book, says some strange words, and the room fills with light. When it fades, the four CPUs are back to normal.

"Phew! That was a weird dream." Little Neptune says, "I dreamt I was a baby."

"Uh Neptune… that wasn't a dream…"
