Hello everyone. I'm The Mighty Gamersaurs, and this will be my first Teen Titans fanfic. I hope I don't dissatisfy. And if I don't, would you want me to make more Teen Titans stories? Yes? No? I was actually thinking about making more narratives on different T.V shows/movies. Hell, maybe games. Other than that, I ask that you read this one-shot. Enjoy!
-...I I I...-
Raven was in the Common Room, watching a documentary. It was a detailed depiction of life and death itself. And, she enjoyed it. She continued watching.
"As his body slowly succumbs to the inevitable, a sensation of cold water spreads through his body. His thoughts are a mixture of fear and sweet relief; he will..." The documentary stopped.
Raven looked over her shoulder, to see who turned off the T.V. Beastboy was holding the remote in his hand. He had a very grumpy look on his face; must've been why he turned it off.
The empath scowled. "I was watching that."
He faced her with a scowl of his own. "I don't care."
Raven's eyes visibly widened—since when was Beastboy so cold? Something must've happened, and she didn't know what to do. But, she knew that negativity won't solve anything.
"Beastboy," Raven started softly, "what's wrong?"
The changeling gave her a passive look. "Since when do you care?"
"I want to help."
Beastboy scoffed. "That's a laugh."
Raven was getting frustrated. "Is it too much to ask what's going on with you?!"
"As a matter of fact, it is!" He stepped closer. The two were inches apart. Beastboy standing, and Raven sitting—looking at him from behind.
"Will you just tell me what's wrong?"
"Why?" He asked. "So you can force me to walk it off? To tell me to 'stop being weak'? That's all you ever do to me!"
Beastboy stormed out of the room, leaving a confused and hurt Raven in the midst. What was wrong with him? She didn't know, and she'd find out later. Right now, she needed to relax.
She teleported out of the room.

Beastboy reluctantly stepped back into the Common Room. Only finding that Raven was gone.
He sighed sadly.
Cyborg, Starfire and Robin were seen in the kitchen, enjoying a meal. Cyborg was having Shrimp and Prime Rib; Starfire was having Toilet stirred Stew; and Robin was having a Legendary Sandwich. The other two Titans were nowhere to be seen.
It wasn't until a now saddened Beastboy walked into the room. He pulled up a chair and sat down depressingly; ignoring the confused stares plastered on his friend's faces. They opted to stay quiet.
But Cyborg denied it. "What's wrong, little buddy?"
"I too would like to know the wrong." Said Starfire.
"Trust me," Beastboy began, "it's nothing.
Robin gave a quizzical look. "It doesn't seem like nothing."
The green teen sighed. "Today's been really stressful, and I dropped a mean-bomb on Raven. She didn't deserve it"
"You mouth-offed Raven? And you're still alive?"
Robin elbowed Cyborg's arm from such a crude joke.
"What, pray tell, us the cause of the "stressful day", friend Beastboy?" Asked Starfire.
"Again, it's nothing. Really."

The purple haired teenager sat in her room; aimlessly counting down the minutes that pass by. The other Titans didn't know the reason for Beastboy's behavior and they shrugged it off as teenage mood swings. But Raven thought differently.
There had to be a cause for all of this. Why was he acting so crass?
I heard that! Crass "lovingly" said.
Maybe we need to make him happy? Happy suggested.
I say we beat the living shit out of him. Said Anger.
We should step and show him who's boss! Bravery agreed.
We should apprehend this situation with logical action. Knowledge disagreed.
I don't want him to hate us! Cried Timid.
"Quiet! All of you! I need to think this through."
Raven ignored the voices of assemblence, assistance and annoyance. What she needed, was to figure out what is making Beastboy so emotional.
She was running out of time.

As the Titans get ready for bed, each one does their annual, nightly rituals. Robin turns off the T-Tower's power system (but leaves security on), Starfire kisses Silkie goodnight, Cyborg finally done singing, Raven closing all her meditation and spell books, and Beastboy having a snack.
But Beastboy never left the kitchen. He just stood there until walking to the Common Room and sitting on the couch. And waited. He had left a note on Raven's door and prayed that she read it. A few minutes passed.
The sound of the clock ticking was beginning to get annoying, so Beastboy figured she either didn't read it or didn't care. The latter hurt more. The green changeling was about to leave, but the sound of an automated door opening and shutting back down stopped him.
There the pale beauty stood before him, note in hand, and a blank look adorned her face. She asked him what he wanted to talk about.
"I wanted to apologize for acting out this morning. You didn't deserve it, Raven, and I know you were just trying to help. I understand if you hate my guts."
Her face changed to one of shock. "I don't hate you , Beastboy. And yes, I wanted to help. What's wrong?"
He stammered. "Today... Today is the anniversary of my parent's death." He visibly flinched mentioning the traumatic experience.
Raven's eyes widened; that's why he was acting the way he did.
She spent the rest of the night comforting him.
It made him feel better.

Hello again. What did you think? Too much? Too little? I wanted to keep it short, because I aim for that when I'm doing one-shots, but who knows—maybe more Teen Titans fanfics I make will be better. Other than that; Cheers!
