The Storm
It was a dark and stormy evening. Serena was sitting on her bed thinking about Darien. "Oh how I wish he were here with me. We haven't had time to go out in weeks," Serena said with a sigh. "He said that finals were coming up and that I should be studying not dating." Serena said again. Just then a black cat walked in the door. She walked closer the bed, so that she could jump up.
"You know Serena, he only said that because he loves you."
"I know that Luna. But he should now by now that I can't study with out him," she said almost in tears thinking about not seeing her love for so long.
"What do you mean you can't study without him? You never study even when he is there to help you. As a matter of fact, you never once studied at with the other scouts when they all get together. There you have Ami, Rei, Lita, and Mina there to help you. But all you ever think about is eating, sleeping, and Darien," Luna said.
Each time Luna said something that criticized her, she felt like she was shrinking. "God Luna do you have to be so cruel about it? It's no wonder Rini talks the way she does about me. She hears it from you," Serena said trying to defend herself.
"Oh is that what you think?" A little girl with Pink hair said as she stood listening to the conversation.
"Oh Rini When did you get there?" Serena asked.
"Oh just a minute ago, I just got back from shopping with Darien," Rini said.
Serena jumped up from the bed. Steam was coming out of her ears. "Oh my," Luna said with a sigh here we go again.
"Why you little brat! How come Darien has time to go out with you and not me?" Serena screamed.
"It's not my fault that you fail all your classes Serena," Rini said and she stuck out her tongue.
"Well it looks like the storm in here is worse then it is outside," Luna said, "I'm in for a long night."
