Prolouge
The stary she-cat looked at the ginger tom, "Firestar", she said, "Smoke and Ash will come together and save the Clans".
Firestar stood up and started toward her, "Spotedleaf! Who's Smoke and Ash, stop running please!" Then she dissapered into thin air, and that's how Firestar woke up.
He woke up panting, like he just had a long run, he got up and tryed to set his mind strait but his dream just kept flooding in. He kept on wondering who Smoke and Ash were, and how they would come together, does that mean another kittypet would join? Before he could ponder these thoughts Ashkit, a almost 6 moon old, walked in, 'Ash' he thought could he be the one Spotedleaf spoke of?
"FIRESTAR!" Ashkit yowled,"Are you awake yet?"
"Yes and who said you could yell at me?" he demanded
"oops" Ashkit mewled
"It's ok, I think I should be the one appalgising" Firestar sighed
"Oh, but why?" Ashkit asked
"Because I was thinking about you"Firestar said, he didn't want to go futher because of the profecy, "No more questions, I still need to get a mentor, any ideas?"
"Oh yeah, thats what I wanted to talk about. I just really want Graystripe."
Ashkit, soon to be Ashpaw, said.
"Ok, will do, also the cerimony tonight" Firestar sighed, again.
"YAY!" Ashkit said before troting out.
Ok, now I'm free and should check and see if Cinderpelt knows anything about the profecey before he could even get up Sandstorm walked in.
"Good morning, Firestar," she said in such a calm and loving tone he knew nothing has upset her yet, "Why was Ashkit walking out of here looking like he just defeated all of Shadowclan?"
"Uh, he just wanted to know if he could have Graystripe as a mentor, so I said yes." He said twiching his tail irritably.
"Sorry if I interupted you,"She said looking ashamed.
"It's ok I, I just needed to talk to Cinderpelt badly.Sorry." Firestar said, as he managed to not cover Sandstorm in conforting licks.
She lit up like thousands of suns joined together and said "Oh, Ok I'll leave you to it!" and started toward the den exit/ent-rance.Before going she mewed "I love you." and ran of before he could say anything back.
Before anyone else could block his way out he ran to Cinderpelts den.
