With a blue hue illuminating the master bedroom of the Belladonna household, a fleeting thought kept a certain mother awake. Kali stared straight up upon the ceiling, concerned for her little girl, recent reports have noted a sickly individual was lurking at her baby's school. The mother of course took extra precautions in ensuring her daughter Blake could taken to and from there safely, but the possibility of someone preying upon her child allowed for an unrelenting anxiety to overflow her. Her husband on the other hand was capable of sleeping soundly, but would arrive late most nights given his involvement in catching this mysterious creeper. Kali sat up straight and looked down at her muscular lover, stroking his massive forearm. She desperately desired him to stay at home to protect their little one, but was torn by the fact that his work could bring an end to her worries. That is until one faithful night, she heard those timid little words, "Mommy." Turning to the source, she found little Blake with wide eyes standing before her doorway. "There's someone outside my window."

With a few excessive gasps, the mother gestured her tiny daughter towards the bed and during the child rushing towards her parents, Kali shook her husband awake, "Ghira-Ghira," She cried.

The large panther Faunus grumbled and groaned and barely managed to retain consciousness asking, "W-aaat?"

Kali held her daughter close in her arms explaining, "Someone was outside Blake's window."

Immediately raising his alertness to an eleven, Ghira placed a hand upon his wife, "Okay, I'll take care of it." The large man then left the bed and proceeded towards the doorway with the moonlight shining upon his macular back and black pajama bottoms. The father extended his claws before closing the door behind him as Kali stared onward with a chilling uncertainty. She could only hear loud thuds afterwards, presumably her husband's footsteps given the faintness of the sound increases with every step. The mother could feel some ease, knowing her man was here, that is until a loud glass like shattering jolted her emotional state. Immediately following, she could make out her husband's footsteps and how fast and thunderous they were, but in a quick instance, they stopped as a faint moan from Ghira was overheard. What followed next was a series of crashes and cracks along with her man's signature roar. The altercation lasted only a few seconds, leading to an unidentifiable thud as a result. Kali could do nothing, but hug her daughter tighter as there were no more sounds emitting from outside her door. She could only stare upon that door, hoping her loving husband would emerge from the other side, but unfortunately nothing emerged. Instead, all she can make out, was the single shadow that casted on her door, from the moonlight. The image casted was that of a figure, peaking in from an upward right angle.

"Mommy...There's someone at the window."
