A/N: This is my first fanfiction story. Characters and settings go to Rick Riodan and Gosho Ayama. The time is after Heroes of Olympus and before, but close to Trails of Apollo.
Chapter 1: Identifying the Clues
"Permission granted," said the Athena Parthenos as Jason, Piper, Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, and Leo entered Camp-Half blood. Just as they entered, Chiron and other campers told the 7 about the case of the magic barrier.
"You're joking right? The weather in camp is just as good, if not better than the weather outside," said Jason. As if on cue, the camp became hot and unbearable, just like the weather outside of camp.
"Oh, I see what you mean; we, the Special Seven accept your request and will solve the mystery." said Percy.
"Um, we are the Seven Modern Argonauts, not seven detectives," Leo said in a lazy tone. But then all 6 eyes stared at him. Embarrassed, Leo agreed, " but we can and will solve this case."
"Ahem," Jason clear his throat, " let's start identifying the clues. I'll check meteorological conditions with Annabeth, I can fly and she knows about science."
"Percy and I will look at the tree. He will look at the xylem and water conditions of the magic tree and I'll see the tree's emotions," said Piper.
" Hazel and I should go and check on the golden fleece. The daughter of Pluto is good with rare metals like Aurum, I mean gold and I can change into an ant to see the details of the fleece. " said Frank.
" And I will relax while you guys do all the work," smirked Leo. Before he is going to be stared, he quickly said, " just kidding. I'll use radar and other machines to see why is the magical boundary not working good at separating bad weather."
" Then let's get to work," ordered Jason.
Annabeth whispered to Percy, " Seaweed Brain, don't flirt with Piper, I can see you from the sky." Percy responded, " of course not, we've been together for five years, unless if she charmspeaks me into doing so."
"Annabeth, what are you doing, let's examine the sky. Percy go to work," Jason commanded. With that, like seven detectives, the demigods went to work. Still unknown to them, on the eastern side of the globe, two detectives are also working on a case that is unrelated to this, or is it?

"You finally came!" exclaimed the secretary of Tokyo's largest solar electric provider,"wait, who is this kid?"
"I am Edogawa Conan, a member of Detective Boys in Teitan Elementary," Conan introduced.
" We are called here to solve the case regarding the overexposed solar panels right?" confirmed Hattori.
" The weather this week is only about 20 degrees Celsius with moderate UV exposure, how would these solar panels be over-exposed?" questioned Conan in his detective look.
" Exactly, this is why the company called the high school detective to solve the case. You can also help little tantei," explained the secretary.
" Well, let's go and identify the clues could you show us the electrical data of the solar panels over time?" asked Hattori
"Theses look like angle-varying solar arrays, also show us the angle of the array in relation to time," added Conan.
"Sure, follow me," said the secretary. With that, the two detectives went to work. Still unknown to them, on the western side of the globe, seven demigods are also working on a case that is unrelated to this, or is it?
