Confidence

The world seems so dark at times,

You can't even hear the singing birds' chimes.

Light seems to fade and leave the Earth,

And no fires are lit in the hearth.

X

Flowers never show their bliss,

You don't even feel the wind's gentle kiss.

Cold, cruel Darkness covers your glee,

And knocks you down to your knee.

X

Darkness is a tyrant, unforgiving and cruel,

But fear not, you will mend this with needle and spool.

Shed a new light on the world, for even tyranny must come to an end.

Make the rivers once more flow and bend.

X

Make the flowers bloom once more,

And send Darkness away, never to come back at your door.

The birds will sing and the wind will kiss,

And once more you and the world will be filled with bliss.

X

The world seems do dark at times,

You can't even hear the singing birds' chimes.

But if you believe in yourself and stand tall,

All your troubles, and darkness, will fall.
