Chapter I

My name is Akahana Kunie I'm 45 years old and I've traveled to places, many places one of those places I have decided to stay. I was accepted for my powers, but you need to hear my story first about how I was born, why I'm different from the rest of this hateful world and how I was able to meet Orochimaru and not get killed or experimented on. This is my story, the story of Akahana Kunie.

'My power is great, dangerous, and once again great. My clan, the Kunie Clan have a tradition, the eldest daughter of the 7th generation has powers no one not even the person who possesses it does unless, they go through a ritual, which I won't go into detail but, if they pass it they learn to control and use their power.' I thought writing in my notebook.

"What are you writing, Akahana?" Orochimaru said looking at me from across the room. He was working on his next experiment, something I personally didn't care about, but tried to care. "I'm taking notes, my lord, something I was thinking about." I responded looking up from the notebook.

"About what exactly?"

"Well I was thinking about starting to write books."

He laughed like I made a joke, I glared warning him.

"Akahana, you do realize we are in hiding, right?"

I diverted my eyes as he looked at me. "I haven't forgotten. It was just a fantasy."

"By the way have you done your research on your parents' murder?"

My parents had been murdered when I turned 20, I blame my older brother Hibiki who had hated my parents and left the house in an angry manor when I turned out to be the one who stole his fame from the fire at our house.

"No, not yet. Lord Orochimaru?"

"Yes Akahana?"

"Where are Kira and Kabuto?"

"They went off to the Leaf for my next vessel."

Kira is my best friend even though she's 13, but she's good company.

"Right what was his name again? He was an Uchiha, correct?"

"Sasuke Uchiha"

"I see." I got up and walked over next to him examining what he was doing.

"Did you want to go with them? To actually do your research." He held up a vile to the light and placed it next to me.

"Why yes how did you guess?" I gave him a sidelong glance and smiled.

"I had the feeling"

I turned around and walked off toward my room.

"I won't let you down again…I promise" I disappeared into my room knowing he wouldn't say anything but just a simple 'heh' or chuckle. As I packed my stuff I remembered that the Chunin exams were in 3 days. I chuckled and walked out of my room fixing my eye patch and fixed my long black hair to cover my eye patch, ready for my next mission.
