Title: Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead

Summary: "Pen Pal, is this how life is supposed to be? As long as I can remember, rarely anything has gone right for me. But I guess that's the way it's supposed to be." A Total Drama version of one of my favorite plays, with Cody as CB.

Rating: T for strong language, sexual themes, slash, drugs, and other things you can find in a high school. Please let me know if this should be M.

Disclaimer: Would you really believe me if I said I owned Total Drama or Dog Sees God? Cause I wouldn't.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT the exact version of Dog Sees God. It's similar, with some parts being the same. The plot is from Dog Sees God, with some characters being altered to fit their Total Drama counterparts. So if I get any flames that say "THIS ISN'T DOG SEES GOD, IDIOT", you will be laughed at. :)

Dear Pen Pal.

I know I used to write to you all the time as a kid. It almost therapeutic then. My only problem, though, is that you would never write back. Did you ever read my letters? Or did you just laugh and throw them away? Whatever the reason, I'm glad you're not going to respond now. Just listen.

My dog died last week. I had put out his food one day, and he didn't come running to the dish like he normally did. I walked to his doghouse and called his name. No response. I decided to take a look inside.

Blood covered the walls. Yellow feather lay in the pools of blood. They had belonged to the little yellow bird who seemed to be friends with my dog. In the corner, my dog cowered. He had white foam at his lips, and his eyes were bloodshot. When he saw me, he let out a whimper. And I know what I did was stupid, but... I couldn't bear to leave him in pain like that. So I reached out to pet him.

He snapped at me, and nearly bit my head. Me and my sister, Gwen- You remember her, right? -took him to the vet, and we discovered he had rabies. They put him down, and sent his body home in a box. That's all we got, a corpse in a cardboard box.

Pen Pal, is this how life is supposed to be for me? Nothing good ever seems to happen, and nothing has changed since I was still a kid and
wrote to you daily. As long as I can remember, rarely anything has gone right for me. It's always gone wrong.

But I guess that's the way it's supposed to be.

Post-Blah: So there we have it! The introduction to my newest story. Yes, it's multi-chapter, but I have the first 5 chapters or so written already. So I promise I'll finish this time. :p

Now, for those of you who haven't seen Dog Sees God, many people on YouTube have done their own versions. You get a very good understanding of the play; in fact, that's how I learned about the play. I highly recommend you watch it.

As always, review. Next chapter, I'll post who is in each part. You already know Cody is CB, and Gwen is CB's Sister. If you can guess any of the characters before next chapter, you'll get a special mention. (The other characters in the play are Matt, Marcy, Beethoven, Van, Tricia, and Van's Sister.)
