"Ed,"

"Shush, Etie, we'll be done in a minute,"

"But Ed-"

"I said shush, I didn't want it to have to come to this but you leave me no choice... Do not dare defy King Edmund the Just! The -"

"I only interrupted you once, gosh Ed. Anyway, would you like to explain to me why exactly we're in a cupboard?"

"Well, um. I need to talk to you."

"In a cupboard?"

"In private"

"And out of the whole of Narnia, you felt a cupboard in Susan's chambers is the most private place there is? You do know Narnia, don't-"

"Of course I know Narnia! I'm the King aren't I?

"Well, I suppose..."

"Etienne?"

"What?"

"Don't leave."

"Why not?"

"Because, well. Umm. This."

The Just King leaned forward and captured the younger girl's lips. His fingers found their way to her, long blonde hair and her bluey-green eyes (for, they were green, but they had a blue-ish tinge to them) were open in shock. He pulled away.

"W-what was that for?"

"Happy Valentines Day," Edmund grinned sheepishly.

AN

WOOO! Oooh sneaky preview of my new story that is still entirely in my head. Meet Etienne – my lovely OC of the Narnia (and sometimes Harry Potter) -verse! Yes, her appearance is entirely based on mine – her hair is much longer though, okay? It's not my fault I'm *coughcough*inlovewithEdmund*coughcough* getting into the story!

I honestly do detest Valentine's Day, in my opinion it's the most over-commercialised of all 'holidays' and in England we don't even get a day off for it!

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this preview of Etienne and I hope to be writing more soon!

Love,

Emily xx
