I came up with this idea while listening to the song, though that it would fit this couple perfectly.

He stood on the deck on the Condor, and looked up at the stars. They were indeed beautiful, but they did nothing to stop his thoughts. They had kissed once, by sheer accident, and now that was all he could think of...

Stork sighed, and felt his eyes tearing up. He tried to brush away the liquid, but he began crying nonetheless. He couldn't stop thinking about her….

He turned as the subject in question walked out onto the deck. She sat down next to Stork, and looked at him with eyes filled of compassion and worry. Stork began to cry again, letting his tears flow down his face.

He stopped crying as Piper put her hand around his, holding it ever so gently. She looked at him with a smile, and he felt his tears stop.

Stork smiled in response and felt as though he was flying through the Atmos. Just Pipers smile was enough for him; he felt so happy right now.

Stork swallowed down the last of his tears, and looked back at Piper. He felt better then he had in a long, long time. Just being with her, together, made him feel like a new Merb.

Stork looked at Piper and without thinking, kissed her on the cheek. He pulled away almost immediately and waited for the admonishment, the slap. But in never came. The only response was another kiss from Piper.
