She was a slut, who cared? Her parents sure didn't. Neither did her friends, not that she had too many of those. She was used to the dirty looks and snide remarks about she had hooked up with. That was, ofcourse, until SHE came along.
"Hey, Bella, who'd ya fuck this week?" Katrina, some obese bitch in her third period, all but growled at her as she walked past.
"Why don't you ask your boyfriend?" Bella questioned. "Oh wait, your too fat and ugly to pull one."
"Shut up, whore," another student yelled at her. She was used to it by now; they had been calling her it since her sophomore year. That was the year she lost her virginity to her bestfriend's boyfriend.
Rolling her eyes, she decided to skip first period class. She wasn't in the mood to pretend she was interested in whatever they were learning about today, she knew it wouldn't help her in the real world.
Heading towards the bathroom, she bumped into someone.
"I'm sorry," an airy voice began, "I should probably pay more attention to where I'm going."
Bella looked down, shocked at what she saw. Bella was naturally a tiny girl, only standing about 5'2" with a petite frame but this girl, the one she had run into, was shorter than her with dark, spiky hair and the prettiest golden brown eyes she had ever seen.
"Uh, um, it's alright." Bella stuttered out, at a loss for words.
"I'm Alice." the smaller girl said smiling brightly, her right hand outstretched.
"Bella." She took her hand, revelling in the softness of it.
"Do you know where Mrs. Peterson's room is?" This girl, Alice, asked.
"Um, yea, it's this way," Bella turned her head and nodded in the direction.
"Is that your first period too?" Alice questioned looking around Bella and down the hall in the direction of her class.
"Uh yea, but I hadn't planned on going," Bella confessed.
"Oh, well, I should probably get to class since I'm already five minutes late," she said checking her watch. "I'll see you later," she said throwing a smile over her shoulder as she floated down the hall to Mrs. Peterson's room.
"Yea," Bella half smiled to herself walking away, "see you soon." She shoved her hands deep in her pockets and continued on her way towards the library.
