Prompts: Oven, flowers, rain.
As Emily walked into her new apartment she felt a peace and contentment she hadn't felt for a long while. He was finally gone. No more running, no more hiding, she could finally be free. Free to be Emily again. Free to be able to walk down the street without looking over her shoulder. Free to stop and smell the flowers, or walk barefoot on the rain soaked lawn without fearing at any moment she may have to run for her life. It was over. As she looked around her new surroundings she felt like she could really make this place a home. Everything in it looked sparkling new as though no one ever lived in it. Even the oven looked spotless as if no meals were ever cooked on it. "Yes", she shook her head and sighed. This place could be home.
Prompts: cup, pen, camera
In her own little goddess cave, Garcia worked frantically to find the missing piece in the puzzle. The whole case had everyone on edge. This killer was cold, calculating and smart. Just the kind that Garcia hated. Who are we kidding, she hated the dumb ones too, but the smart ones really got under her skin. She went over the camera footage like a fine tooth comb, not wanting to miss any detail. Chewing on her pen like it was the un-sub, she concentrated on the material in front of her. In less than five minutes something became clear to her. She shrieked in excitement knocking over her cup in her moment of glee. She grabbed the phone and called the team. Maybe this would be the break they needed to put this crazy away.
Prompt: school, socks, water
He couldn't believe another school year had already come around. Jack was growing up so fast. It just seemed like yesterday that he was in pre-school, or holding him in his arms as a baby. Now he was like a little man. Forced to grow up a little too fast because of his mom's death. However he would try his best to keep Jack a little kid as long as possible. Today is a difficult day. He missed Haley being around to do the mom things that mom's do, like picking out the right out-fit, and matching the right socks with the right shoes. Kids fashion was not his expertise. But he was fast learning what Jack dislikes and likes when it came to his wardrobe. As the water ran down his face and the shower slowly started becoming cold, he realized he couldn't delay this day any further. Jack is a first-grader. He really wished Haley was here to see this.
