"Why are you making me go to the store?" Light asked Misa, his "girlfriend" as she liked to call herself.
"Well, you don't want sweet little Misa to get surrounded and tackled by hoards of fans do you?" Misa said, giving him the mean kind of stare that he hated since he met her.
"Okay…..I'll go. But just remember that I won't be doing it again." Light said making a grumpy face and making his way toward the door. As soon as he left, Misa started hearing footsteps and she turned around to see Ryuzaki peeking around the corner.
"You know what Ryuzaki? I think that you should go with Light. He looks like he needs a shopping buddy right about now. And another thing…you just need to get out of the house too."
The store wasn't that far away, so Light decided to walk. What he didn't know was that Ryuzaki was following him all the way there. When he got to the store he grabbed a cart and started going through the isles, grabbing everything that he needed. When he was done with the list Misa gave him, he went to go pay for it when he suddenly looked down into the cart. What was a huge bar of chocolate doing in there? And where did that bag of apples come from. He heard some laughs from behind him….he turned around to see Ryuzaki and Ryuk behind him!
"You really think that I'm going to pay for this stuff?" Light said making another one of his grumpy faces.
"Pleeeeeaaaasssseee?" Ryuzaki and Ryuk said in unison.
"…As long as neither one of you bug me for a week."
"KAY!" they both said, happy that they got what they wanted out of him.
Light paid for everything…..too bad Misa always made him pay for everything with his own money. This "girlfriend" of his could really be a pain. Well, at least there wasn't much on the list to begin with. The three of them left and went back to Misa's house. Why was Ryuzaki there anyway? He was always so quiet that he never knew that he was around. The only way you could tell that he was there was when all of the sweets in the house started to go missing. When they got there, Misa had been happy that Light had actually gotten everything.
"And these two tagged along…..unfortunately" Light said rolling his eyes.
But Ryuzaki and Ryuk weren't paying any attention to him because they were busy eating the chocolate and apples that they snuck into the cart.
