Meet my nerdy side that loves Greek Mythology. yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Lucas!
Pokemon isn't mine, though I wish it was so I could be rich like those people are. then I could buy Olive Garden breadsticks forever!
She had told him no about a thousand times, so it seemed.
But he wasn't ever giving up.
She was running out of nerves for him to get on.
And, it seemed that it would only be a matter of time before she gave in…
He would stare at her, bat his eyelashes, once, twice, three times, like the way a girl flirts, and then stare into her blue eyes with his brown eyes, giving her a bruise.
And then he would ask:
"Please?"
He would ask in such a sickeningly sweet tone that almost made her want to agree, made her mouth almost form a "yes" or a "fine" and made her head want to nod, but her brain would be shouting no at her
It was almost as if he was using charmspeak or something. Like he was a son of Aphrodite.
Lucas was too stubborn to let it go with one simple "No." He absolutely despised being refused.
So he asked her everyday of the week, for a total of three times a day, a total of twenty one times per week.
Each day he would use an even sweeter tone, as if she was making cookies and adding even more sugar into them each day.
…Mm, cookies.
…He was getting off track the more he thought about it.
Seeing as though Rosa was breaking, would say yes soon, he decided he could ease up slightly on his charms.
It was hard refusing this gorgeousness all the time. Poor, sweet Rosa.
Rosa was making a bulleted list of ways to tell Lucas no, to tell him to leave her alone, stop trying to charm her into saying yes all the time, in her mind when suddenly, she felt warm breath nearing her ear.
"Please?" Lucas asked, not letting up on his charms, breaking his own promise to himself.
Rosa blushed and stood up abruptly, knocking their heads together.
After an audible "ouch" from Rosa and a groan from Lucas, now clutching his head in pain, Rosa let out a very, very long sigh.
She had finally run out of nerves.
"…Fine."
Lucas smiled a wide, sarcastic smile and let out a victory cry and then returned to his hand to his head, pain obviously still there.
Rosa smirked at that, showing him what he had done to her these past few weeks would be good for him. A taste of his own medicine.
Pain was leaving Lucas easily, though, because he could only think about one thing:
She had finally given in.
