Set at the end of the anime series of Hellsing. Integra is pinned and
Incognito blathering what atrocities he would soon commit upon her person.
Alucard is a puddle nearby. Integra calls for Alucard to release his final
seal.
Pause. No response.
Integra commands a confirmation. After said puddle condenses, Alucard verifies that his final seal is released, but the demon from the beyond sounds a little...surprised.
Incognito then hovers over a barely reformed Alucard, ready to destroy him again, when a swirling portal opens on a pentagram seal floating over Alucard. Before anyone can do anything, the tip of what looks to be a gun pokes through aimed right at Incognito. Tortured cries from within the portal seem to rip from a torn and bleeding throat and freeze all movement since the sound is disembodied at the moment.
With Integra watching from where she is pinned to the floor, the gun barrel continues to emerge and a blue white light erupts from the muzzle, completely flash-frying Incognito. The light washes over the Tower dissolving everything moving that is not in the room with Alucard and Integra. (Ceres is in a corner somewhere having a nervous breakdown from seeing her master dissolved to a puddle.)
In the aftermath, Ceres gets a hold of herself when Integra curses her out and orders the new vampire to unpin her. With the two blondes supporting each other, they make their way to where Alucard was last seen. A figure in a red coat is hunched over and trembling just a bit.
Integra thinks her sworn vampire is laughing and harshly yells at him.
When he does not respond, she takes him roughly by the shoulder and jerks him around. With Ceres's "Master" as a background echo, both gasp as a strange face is revealed with drooping spiky blonde hair.
His expression is terrible and they can now hear what he was mumbling over and over
"Oh God. What have I done? I killed him. I killed them all."
Integra was about to shoot the strange man on reflex when Ceres looked beyond this weird master look-a-like. There, sprawled in an ungainly fashion, was her master, unconscious.
