Alexandria Dreams Part 3
I approached the boy he looked up startled. Quickly he remembered me and put his head back down to eat.
"Thanks back there" I said to bring up conversation
"I don't know what you mean?"
"In the lab you saved me Alice and April" pointing to them as they shoved their faces also in food.
"I don't know what you're talking about?"
"Don't be stupid I know it was you"
He grabbed my hand and pulled me around a wall.
"Not here. Not now." He said in a low voice I could barely hear him.
"Ok let's go outside then"
"Fine"
I went to the girls who were still shoving their faces in food. They looked up saw the boy. Who was looking around like we were getting watched. Their face became confused.
"I'm going outside I'll be back in in a minute" I told them.
"They're going to It's not safe" the boy said.
"What?" April asked.
"LET'S GO NOW!" He yelled at the top of his lungs while pulling me out the door.
The girls followed after not far behind. We went outside. Crow started to ambush us out of nowhere. All of us jump into action we knock out half the crows.
"GET TO THE WOODS AND HIDE" yelled the boy.
The girls looked at me for a brief second and saw I wanted them to go. They ran to the woods.
"GET OUT OF HERE I CAN HANDLE THEM" the boy yelled mad that I didn't go.
"NO, I'M STAYING" I yelled back.
The crows started to attack me. One crow flew right at my face I fell back. Trying not to get hit by the crow. Crows started to pile around and on me.
"HELP HELP" I yelled hoping this wasn't the end.
Wolf boy ran over to me. And roared so all the crows would get scared. Sadly I did nothing he started to fight them all off me. He bit one and ripped it open and threw it so it hit the wall. He did that to about 10 more crows before all of the rest flew away.
"Are you ok?" he asked.
"I'll be fine" I said still sore from when I flew back.
We got up and made our way toward the woods as the girls ran out. And we gave each other hugs. We made our way to the woods. When April broke the silence.
"Ewww that was just gross you ripped them apart"
He smiled.
"Ok were outside tell me why you wouldn't say anything in the pancake shop" I demanded.
"First Hey I'm Landon I'm 15?" he began.
"Ok well when you guys were 2 my parents gave me and my sister to the lab. They thought that you would soon destroy the lab and they couldn't let that happen not with all the work they have accomplished. So they altered my DNA so I would become part wolf so I could destroy you when the time came. They trained me to be more powerful than you but when I saw the bring April? Yeah. April in they told me that I would have to take her out to. I just found myself not wanting to kill you guys and not able to. So when you busted threw the door I had to help you guys so I did then I escaped and went to eat because the food there is crap compared to normal food they had me spy on you your whole life so I would know your weaknesses and strengths."
"How do you know all of this" I asked in complete shock.
"They told me all of this when I was 7" he answered.
I did not know what to say. When I tried to speak nothing came out. There was no sound at all for a long time.
"Wait so how did they know about us?" Alice asked
"Your Parents well your real parents gave you guys up for them to experiment on. They experimented on. When they were done they gave you guys to a couple who were to take care of you like you were normal and monitor your progress. When they saw you guys getting stronger they wanted to experiment on you guys more especially April."
"So they're not my mom and dad?" April asked as tears filled her eyes.
"It doesn't matter we have each other" I told her she looked up and we both smiled.
She took my hand and we walked.
