A Halloween Memory
Harry POV
Harry lean against a window in the hallway staring up at the night sky. Today was October 31st, Halloween. In the Great Hall was a Halloween party. But Harry always hated Halloween, for many reasons. Never in his 16 years of life, had he had a good Halloween. His first was day his parents died, and the next 10 were practically hell, having to sit and watch Dudley and his friends go trick-or-treating, having clean the house and stay inside. At Hogwarts it was fighting trolls and surviving death over and over. Today, Harry thought this Halloween would be different, with Voldemort gone, and life finally settled down. But as Harry sat in the Great Hall after dinner he watch everyone dancing, laughing, kissing loved ones, but Harry couldn't even bring a smile to his face, so quietly he left, never notice someone watches him all the day way. Harry saw a falling star and made a wish; I wish to have one good memory of this day, a truly happy Halloween.
Charlie POV
Charlie had been watching Harry for a year now. He had seen the depress look, the fake smiles, and the distant in his eyes. He had been the first to know that Ginny broke up with Harry and moved on with Dean. Charlie became Harry comfort, when something was bothering him, Harry came Charlie fisrt. Even if it was just sit in silent's. Charlie never minded. So when he saw Harry slip put of the room full people he followed. Seeing Harry sitting on the window seal with his eyes closed, he knew what Harry was thinking. Walking over sitting opposite of Harry he waited.
Normal POV
"I never had a happy Halloween." Harry said opening his eyes looking at Charlie.
"How come?" Charlie asked leaning forward.
"Just never had the time to make a happy Halloween memory. Don't really know how to, now. Plus I want to share it with someone." Harry said staring down at his hands. Charlie frowned.
"Do you want one now?" Charlie asked again.
"Yeah, I kinda wished it on a falling star." Harry blushed. Charlie smile, so like him.
"Harry close your eyes." Charlie told Harry. Harry narrowed his eye at Charlie in suspicion, but did so. Charlie lean forward and kiss him on the lips. Harry pulled back and stared at Charlie in shock.
"W-what?" Harry stuttered.
"I like you a lot, Harry. Even if you don't like me, it's fine. I just want you to have a happy memory of Halloween. "Charlie said nervously. Harry smiled, a real smile, and leaned forward to.
"I like you too, Charlie." Harry kissed him underneath the starry skies. Neither saw Ginny secretly smiled at them before walking back inside to Dean.
