The story starts where the last one left off, where the Danny and the Night Fury got back from flying, in which Danny asked the Night Fury about its gender, the Night Fury got mad, then taught Danny a lesson by nose diving at a really fast speed. This chapter starts at Danny's house, where him and the Night Fury are having a conversation. " Well . . . I can tell from your attitude from a couple hours ago that you're a girl dragon." The Night Fury then snarls, showing its teeth. " Okay never mind. You're a boy." The Night Fury stops snarling, then his eyes begin to widen, then smiles without his retractable teeth. " Aw, that's cute, I have to take a picture of this and text it to my friends!" Danny takes out his touch screen phone, aims the camera screen towards the Night Fury's face, then takes a picture. Forgetting that the "flash" setting was still on his phone, the Night Fury then reacts how all animals react to a bright flash: freak out and run all over the place. The Night Fury's eyes start to narrow, does its famous Night Fury roar, then goes berserk and wrecks almost the entire house. Danny starts to panic, not knowing what to do. Until he has an idea. The Night Fury sort of resembles a cat, and cats calm down with the smell of herbs, like cat nip. Danny runs to his backyard, grabs a few herbs from his garden, lights it a little bit to then cause the herbs to have a type of spa smelling smell. Danny then goes back inside, looking around for the Night Fury, no where to be seen. Then, Danny spots the dragon on top of a support beam above him. The Night Fury then pounces on Danny, with its palm and claws pressing against Danny's chest on the floor. Then the powerful dragon clenches its sharp teeth, getting ready to strike. Danny acts quickly, then takes the burning herbs and puts it against the Night Fury's nose. The herb fumes get into the Dragon's nostrils, then its eyes begin to widen. The Night Fury then walks up slowly to Danny, looking guilty with its ears down, nudges Danny with its head, then purrs. Danny looks at the Night Fury, understanding what just happened. " It's okay, buddy, I understand, you were just frightened, that's all!, here, tomorrow I'll see if I could get the flash feature off my phone so this won't happen again." The Night Fury then looks at the phone, grabs it with its teeth, flips the phone up in the air, catches it in its mouth, then swallows it whole. " Well, now I either have to get a new phone, or wait until it goes through you in a few hours." The Night Fury then smiles.
