Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Cameron was back to normal, and they were all relieved. But still, after they got back to the Safe House, Charlie could tell something was up, so he went to talk to John.
"Hey buddy, what's on your mind?" asked Charlie
"I don't want to talk about it." Said John
"Come on, you can tell me. I promise it will stay between the two of us." Said Charlie
"Alright." Said John
"So, what's on your mind?" asked Charlie
"It's just- before I took Cameron's chip out, she said 'I love you, John, and you love me'." Said John
"Don't worry, that would get to anybody. You just have to let it pass." Said Charlie
"But don't you see? It's true! She was right, I do love her." Said John
"But isn't she a-"
"Yes, that's the problem. How am I supposed to lead the human race to victory over the machines when I've fallen in love with one of them?" asked John
"I see. In that case, trying to forget will only make things worse. Just focus on the task at hand and tell her when the time is right. You'll know when that time comes." Said Charlie
"Thanks, I needed that." Said John
Neither of them noticed that Cameron had been listening to the conversation. She left and went to the main chapel room where she would have an interesting chat with Sarah.
"Well, I need to go. My wife is probably worried about me." Said Charlie
"See ya later." Said John, as Charlie left.
John went into the shower, leaving the scissors on the sink so he could cut his hair afterwards.
